Absolutely the best body shop I have ever used! They did fantastic work on my 2015 Golf. The back bumper cover was damaged. John's came in under the other 3 quotes from the highest rated body shops near them. They also finished the work in two quick drop-ins where the others would have kept the car for up to 4 days! John's saved me over $300 in rental car fees if I could have even found a car during these covid scarcity times. Also, this is a father/daughter business. Today my review focuses on 2 words, "sunroof repair"!! Anyone who has had to deal with the hassles and wait times of such a repair knows what a pain it can be... After calling around to every shop that advertises Sunroof repair from Everett to Tukwila. Then to only to find they all were booked for weeks in advance before I could get helped. I started calling ones that did not advertise and a chance I might get lucky. To my delight, I found John's Auto Collision. On the spot it only took the nice lady a few minutes to find the parts that were needed. Which was the entire assembly, motor, and sunroof itself. Although the sunroof was a different color and need to be painted to match my car as well. I am the owner of a 95 Honda Prelude and finding working parts can be a challenge. Just under a week after I had them look over the car. I received a call on 6/8/21 that the parts had arrived, I dropped my car off the same day. The very next day much to my surprise, I get a call saying my car is ready and the part was painted to match as well! All for the tune of $650 and it works now as good as new!! I call that a done deal and sold! LOL While I am sure that do many other jobs on cars. If you need Sunroof repair. Give them a go! I bet you will be a pleased as I was. I had already visited three other body shops before I pulled into John's. The first body shop estimated my small day and scratches that needed to get buffed out at 700 plus dollars. The second two body shops were too busy to give me the time of day. I would need an appointment to come back for the estimate. John's people came right out to look at the surface scratches on the side of my black Buick and within minutes had asked their body shop man to come and get the keys. He pulled the car partially into the shop and within 10 minutes had the scratches buffed out and it looked like new again! I was advised to get a small bottle of matching paint from the dealer for about $15 to cover the small ding, which I plan to do. It is so nice to see that there are very skilled and honest people in a world where that is not always vthe case. Thank you so much to everybody at John's Auto Collision. I scratched my car against a house and totally my fault. It was just ugly but John's Auto Collision made it look like new. Alam was great in estimating the damage the time to fix it. This is a Korean owned and operated body shop. The owner is a good friend of my parents and I got a screamin' deal on the body work I got done to my Bimmer. I got a quote from the way overpriced Metro Auto Rebuild for $2,500. John's only charged me $684 for the same work! Granted, I got special treatment b/c of my parents, but the regular prices they charge the average Joe Blow are much, much lower than the high end places downtown and they don't skimp on quality either. I was actually kind of worried that they wouldn't do as nice of a job as a place that specializes in BMW's or Mercedes, but I was really impressed with the quality of their workmanship and the timeliness of delivery. They even washed my car and did a quick interior detail as well. Highly recommended and affordable. read more

Getting my Tesla Model S front bumper scratched on garage door is definitely a sad thing. But John made me feel much better. John did his best to save me by repairing instead of replacing the front bumper. As usual, he made it perfect with 20% of the price Tesla authorized repair shop quoted me. I was so skeptical to take my new ford car to be fixed (scratches and dents due to a crash) because there was only one review on Yelp and the price was SO much less than other body shops. They charged 1/3 of what other places were asking ($620, instead of $1,830, seriously!!! I am so glad I went there! The car looks great! I definitely recommend this shop! The reason they can offer a great price is because their staff are a couple of mechanics and the owner. When you pay a lot more at other shops you are not only paying the mechanic for the car repair, but also paying the salary of the receptionist, telephonist, supervisor, manager, etc, etc. At this shop, the mechanic (Moon) is your contact for everything. I've done my car with them, and it was super horrible. one day I got a call from them, they told me my car is done and checked everything is okay. I went there and checked interior and exterior were fine. But after I made a left turn that I realized they did not do alignment!! my steering wheel was like 90 degree turn but car was going straight. and licence plate light did not connected. and a new hose they put on connect with the radiator has a hole (made my car has head gasket leaking issue now) read more

Scraped the front fender of my Mdx backing out of the garage and the driver door would not shut properly. Went to John,s and the mechanic spent 5 minutes to fix it and did not charge me anything. He also got rid of the White House paint marks on the car with some solution. Any other place would have charged me at leat a hundred dollars. I have had my cars repaired and was always happy with the repair and price. I have recommended my sister and son. I took my van in for an estimate on a small dent in September. I was quoted $3,000. He said it was no big deal. Don't fix it. I just took my Hyudai Elantra in to see how much a couple little dings would cost to repair. He said $500. He said don't fix them. This is an update to a review I left several months ago after I got my car repaired by John's. They did an excellent job which makes me even more compelled to write an additional note. My blinker just went out which was a part of the original repairs. They told me to bring in the car, they repaired it (with a smile), and sent me on my way at no charge to me.
