I got my windshield fixed through this company to find out it was a very shitty place. They gave me a 3rd party windshield and said my insurance won't cover for a Honda OEM windshield. I called my insurance and they clarified that, that is NOT true. Therefore the windshield is shitty. As you sit in the car and look to the passenger side, you can see the waviness of the windshield. The guy Joseph who works at the desk, says not to remove the tape at the top of the windshield until the day after. The next day I removed it, I see that they did not replace the molding of where they had removed everything. The molding was all fucked up on the corners. They had the audacity to tell me if I wanted a Honda OEM windshield and to fix the molding that THEY CAUSED, I needed to pay out of pocket. Can you believe that? They want me to pay more money to fix their mistakes? For their half ass work? I don't think so. They will not fix their mistakes unless they are "paid" I highly DON'T RECOMMEND this place. They do a shitty job and will ask you to pay more money for you to get their reckless work fixed. Stupid right? read more

Avoid this place like the plague! I took my toyota 4x4 into this shop for a badly needed paint job. Adam quoted (what sounded like) a reasonable price and I agreed. The paint job took much longer than they originally said it would. Additionally, during this process, the price kept going up. When it was finally completed, I went to pick it up, and there were several places where the paint had not been buffed out at all, and obvious drips everywhere. When I complained, Adam responded by stating, "What did you expect for the price?" I responded by telling him I expected a decent paint job and he completely blew me off. Never again!! read more

He did an excellent job at breaking down/explaining the cost of everything to me as well as the timeframe it would take to fix the damages to my car. Great job by Joseph and his team in getting my Nissan Kicks repaired and back to me even quicker that expected. When every other body shop I called was quoting a month or more to even get me in, Speedway took my tow-in immediately, got the estimate for me within 2 days, and had the car finished and ready to drive away before other shops would have even started. Now that's good service! The car looks great, Joseph kept me informed, and even dropped everything a couple days later to touch up a scratch I had found under the hood. Hands down the best repair shop I have ever been to. The staff were very professional. I drove my car down here from Philadelphia and encountered a myriad of problems. I ended up having to change my strut assembly on both driver and passenger side, had an alignment, changed new brakes, oil coolant, my power steering racket that was cracked and leaking, had my radiator steam-cleaned, power steering and coolant flushed with all new OEM parts with warranty plus over 10 hours of labor for $2000! It was the most amazing deal I ever had. I am very thankful to have found this shop because I went to other shops and they wanted to charge me $3000 and that's without my brake change. They really saved my life because I did not have enough money to repair my vehicle had I not ran into them. The owner Michael is a serious community man and he will do anything in his power to help you out. For example, he took a bit more time fixing my car so he actually lend a car out for me for free for a whole day so I don't have to waste Uber money getting around. I mean, how do you bear that? The owner Adam was top notch in taking care of not only our 4Runner, but actually cared about my family and me. He warned us about "shady" insurance company practices that the typical customer would not know about. An example would be parts that are not new and/or sourced from junk yards and/or cheap parts from overseas...not OEM parts. The insurance companies are well known and ones you would think you can trust. Make sure to ask many questions and never completely rely on the insurance company who has to pay the bill. First online review and will look to keep it short, but let me tell you this place is great. I needed the two doors on my Volvo painted (friend hit them, was able to replace myself), so I went to 4 different shops in the Everett/Lynnwood area and by far enjoyed my experience here the most; other places felt to take advantage of me and were not clear why I was being charged here and there. All employees at Speedway were friendly when I walked in, and from there Drew Lee was my guy. He wrote up my estimate and explained it thoroughly, and then to even further surprise me he mentioned that they offer a rental service. The estimate was fair priced and very clear. I then signed up for a notification service so the three days my car spent there I was up to date with the details. When I picked my car up the work done was perfect, the paint color with metallic flake matched and blended so well that you would have never guessed anything happened to begin with. In the past 4 months had to take my car here twice because of accidents outside my control (one lady smashed my car in my driveway, and another man ran a stop sign). Both times I had multiple panels worth of body damage and a lot of damage underneath in the transmission, power steering, and alignment. Over $5,000 worth of damage each time. Both times my car came back looking brand new. They do AMAZING work. Cherry on top? They went out of their way to make sure I had a rental to use while my car was getting fixed, and they argued on my behalf with the insurance companies to ensure I didn't get ripped off or under served. My car was vandalized while I was at work. The vandals did some extensive damage to my 2014 Chevy Camaro - they busted out the back windshield, pried the glass out leaving damage on the pillar, and the paint was scratched throughout the back end of the car. I brought it in to Speedway for repair, and I am blown away by the job they did. The car looks brand new, and there is no trace of the damage left. Drew did an excellent job keeping me informed during the process. He went above and beyond, calling a tint shop several states away (where I had the original window tint done) to ensure that the replacement tint matched what was on the other windows. They got my car back to me ahead of schedule, clean, and looking like it had just come off the showroom floor. I highly recommend Speedway. Back in 2010, I was rear ended. I took my car here for a repair. About a week later I picked up the car and brought it home assuming everything was okay. When I did a quick inspection....... the nightmare began. - Corners of rear bumper had damages on paint probably caused by installing it before allowing the paint to fully cure - inside of hatch still had tear marks from the accident. - Left so many tool marks from carelessly removing interior trim panel - one of the rear license place lamp was dangling by the wire!! A plastic clip was broken off The worst part: a small piece of my rear left brake light cover had been broken off. They glued it back on and put a red touch up paint on the crack(are you kidding me? Red paint on CLEAR RED PLASTIC???) it was clear that they tried to cover it up hoping I wouldn't notice. At this point, this sort of set the tone for how they do business. I went back, furious of what I had just discovered. The service guy apologized and promised to set things straight so I left my car there for another week. When I came back, the guy said everything was re-painted and damaged parts replaced with new ones. It looked like they did although the paint damage on the corner was still there and looked like they just dabbed it with some touch up paint. The guy said its really difficult not to leave any mark when re-installing that kind of bumper...which was a complete BS but at that point, I was so fed up with the headache and just wanted to get outta there so I just called that good. 2 years later in 2012, I was rear ended again, took my car to a different shop. I got called in to the shop shortly after their tear-down process and the repairman wanted to show me something before they begin any work. Inside of my quarter panel had corrosion damage from improper sealing from the previous repair!!! Thankfully they shaved off the damaged portion and re-sealed the damaged part free of charge but told me that portion wasn't going to be part of their warranty. What do I think about this shop? As you might have guessed, my choice of words certainly would not be positive ones, nor appropriate for others to view. read more

I was hi by a guy on a bicycle. But the damage looked like I hit a deer. Completely totaled the right passenger windshield and front quarter panel of the car. Went to my local collision center, but, due to supply chain issues and limited employees, the waiting time was 3-4 months! Called around, and the story we generally the same. Then I came to Speedway on my list. Adam at Speedway not only could do the car in a couple of weeks, but he could come and get the car right away with shop tow truck, had no problem with my insurance, and told me he could hold the car until they could get to it in about 2 weeks. The whole process was amazing and seamless. I even asked if they could put in some new windshield wipers, as my dealer said they could not get any due to supply chain issues. No problem. Not only was the repair gorgeous, the WHOLE CAR was gorgeous. They had completely detailed the car, removing all dirt and grit and finger prints, etc from all surfaces, not just a quick wash and vacuum. Beautiful! Really a 4.5 star review. I worked with Adam on getting my front bumper replaced after a moron hit and ran. I did not want to ding my insurance so I wanted to pay out of pocket. None of the usual shops would blink an eye as they are more catered to insurance style replace everything in sight. I decided to give speedway collision on a whim and it worked out great. Adam gave me a decent price point for non-oem parts only replacing what needed to be replaced, but when asked to give me oem equipment he obliged. He went out of his way to show that he was an honest businessman and it was very well appreciated. As for the work itself, it was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The only reason I took half a point away was due to the front bumper not sitting 100% correctly but it is not noticeable. read more

I am giving two stars because they were quick. I was sent here by Liberty Mutual to get my car appraised from a rear-end accident one of their clients caused. Andy, the guy who was helping me was nice at first but I could tell by his demeanor and attitude, that this company was scammy. He looked over my car and went inside to do the appraisal; he said it'll take about 20 minutes. After the time was up, he called me over to go through what needs to be done and how much it'll cost. As soon as I looked at it, I was upset. Andy let me know that they will not use new parts on my car because the insurance company will not cover it and I have no other choice. I asked him, "Are you giving me this used bumper because you need to be at low cost for Liberty Mutual?" He said yes, of course. Also, I have scratches, SCRATCHES on my car from the guy who hit me and he told me that on the appraisal, he only put the buffing but he will most likely have to repaint the entire cover. ARE YOU KIDDING? So he did not include the actual charges he is going to ask for IF I got my car worked on here. It gets better. He said "I know you said you will be using a different place to fix your car but what can I do to earn your business here?". Well Andy, you will not earn my business by being cheap and lying on the appraisal. AND he said that unless I do business with them, I will have to pay for my own rental car. I told him to stop lying, I already spoke with my adjuster and she told me I would get a car no matter where I go. DO NOT GO HERE. I usually give a business a try before I judge them, well, I gave them a try. ALSO, the person who manages their social networks of the same company but at the service department, messaged me on here to let me know I wrote on the wrong "departments" business page & how inappropriate it was of me. I can't speak to the negative reviews here, because I didn't really have anything complicated done, but Adam and Speedway Collision did great work for me. I have a older pickup, a 1996 GMC Sonoma, and somebody read-ended it the other day while it was parked, resulting in a severely bent rear bumper. I don't care much about how good it looks, but it was bent up enough to interfere with the tailgate opening and closing. What I needed was either Superman or someone who has a frame straightening rack to bend it at least partway back. Rt. 99 in Lynnwood must have 2 dozen collision shops, and I tried 3 of them before I found Speedway. They were all too worried about the risk and the paperwork, etc., but Adam just took a long, expert look at the damage, said "I can do that.", and did. 15 minutes later, I'm back on the road, and my tailgate works fine. I am willing to change my review and delete it wants my job has been completely fulfilled. I took speedway $18,000 worth of work. A 2018 Camry that my wife owns, you can see Banda waves along the side of the car, and runs in the paint. I just picked up my 2015 F1 50, there is overspray, they did not paint a place that we had agreed upon, and my brand new hood that came in from Ford has paint bubbles all in the hood. I am very displeased and disappointed at the current time with the attention they give to detail and how they allow product to go out of their store when it has paint bubbles and runs in the paint.
