With an appointment the next day the thing took about an hour and while it was on the lift the did a full check and emailed me a very detailed checkup. They diagnosed the problem and and informed me of what the repair would entail and what it would cost. Scary stuff for an old widow - will I be taken advantage of as a woman or bullied into extra services? Not at all. Keith and Bill addressed the problem and fixed it. In addition to an oil change and the needed repairs they found a nail in a tire and fixed that too. The waiting area was clean and inviting with a tv on and fresh coffee available. Granted I am pretty old, but they have a customer for life.
