9-1-2026 I'm glad I…read morefound this place because I have been going to the touchless car wash in Buena Park for over a year now. I was worried that there might not be another local place that does touchless. However, this location has both and it's overall a better deal because they have a monthly membership for $20 which is the basic. You're allowed to wash your car once a day for a full month and have access to the compressed air and vacuums. I think I just might come here every day to get my money's worth. The only difference with this one compared to the other one is that you do have to go through the tunnel and there's only one. But the convenient thing is that your license plate will be read automatically so you don't have to input anything or step out of your car. The other main important thing is that the track that your car goes on is not like the typical ones. It's more like those sped up mats that you see at the airport. So I feel like it damages the tires less. However, when I first entered, I did not know that it was gonna be moving so suddenly. So I kind of struggled to put the car in neutral since it was already lurching the moment I got on. I think I read some reviews here that complaint that they bumped into the car in front of them, but the employee that let me on actually waited until the car in front of me was completely finished. At the end, it's really convenient that the exit is to the right. But also, if there isn't a car that's parked at a specific spot, you can also drive forward and pull up to the spot that's directly ahead. I thought it was cool because there seem to be more air compressors than spots. But it was extremely strong to the point that it hurt my ears, and they were kind of ringing at the end of it. The vacuums were strong too, but they were quiet. I was given two cloths for cleaning the dash, and an employee helped me pay for the membership. I'm honestly really glad that I started on the first of the month. Unfortunately, their $10 deal expired last week so I wasn't able to take advantage of that. But I'm looking forward to coming here every day from now on.

They will handle you a towel pack, which is very thoughtful. the clerk explained the price plan very clear. I noticed that there are shade in most of the vaccum area, so you can clean your interior car without getting sunburned. This store is very ideal car wash location especially choose the basic plan. I choose the middle plan however it did not really match the features it listed on. So I spend another $2 dollars to clean and spark my rim and wheel.( yes the wheel and rim was washed but it is not really clean) I had been to other car wash shop in City of Industry and choose the middle plan with Wheel and rim Sparkling. Although it did not polish evenly.( so I saw spots of polished oil and some parts were not polished) so I assume there are the function of Wheel and rim sparkling however it just not work in this store) . I have to say It is a car wash location I would say 9/10 but just pay the basic plan to get the service worth your payment.

At the pay area, there was no one manning it so I just got out of my car and started pushing selection. By the time I was paying someone came out to basically release the receipt and hand it to me. No biggie. Drove to the entrance and someone was there as I was having trouble getting to neutral (I don't use it often really, if at all). Seamless experience on the wash. That is until the end, I wasn't sure when to switch to drive so just kept an eye out on the signage & when car was released from the conveyor belt. The vacuum, drying area was a bit of a conundrum - with this being my first visit. There were 2 spaces available. So your luck and timing just pretty much had to be just right to secure a spot. Person to our left was busy scrubbing their matts and looks like they brought 3-4 gallons of water. They were pretty aggressive on scrubbing and splashed some soapy water on our area and driver side. It was very soapy. But the hero of the day, the free clean towels available to wipe the car. Noticed the car wash wasn't great tho, lots of spots still stuck to the car. Considering that I paid $16 so what can I really complain about. We spent about 20 min drying the outside and using our own car wipes for the inside. The free Vacuum worked well. At this point noticed a couple of cars were waiting for an opening and a huge suv drove and parked in front of an already waiting sedan. Wow, the audacity of some people extends to car wash drying was just either laughable or downright low. Overall it was ok experience. One star off because of the wait for drying area (not really me but seeing all the cars waiting for an opening). Another star off because I felt our car wash not fully clean - but debatable if we opted for the $19 wash. Their bonus was the free clean towels to use afterwards. And by the way, when we were pulling out, three more cars were waiting and the neighbor washing his matts was still busy doing whatever. I'm pretty sure he was there at the very least an hour, totally hogging the space. Unfortunately no photos were taken at this visit. Kind of on the fence on coming back, but will probably try one more time, and do the $19 wash.

To start, there appeared to be a lack of attention while my car was going through the wash--the back wheel got stuck and was dragging along the rails, which was concerning. I purchased their top $45 package, yet the interior cleaning was extremely poor. Several areas clearly hadn't been wiped down at all. When I pointed them out, I was told that those areas weren't cleaned because I hadn't paid for "detailing." For a $45 top-tier car wash package, I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect the basic interior surfaces to actually be wiped clean. The whole experience left me wondering what exactly I paid $45 for. I've had a much better experience at the car wash on Grand and will gladly continue going there instead. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can't recommend this place, and my friends and I will be taking our business elsewhere.
