I also appreciated that they have an in-store bike tune service. They were actively tuning some dude's bike when I went by. However, their bike selections seemed rather thin. Relatively cheap (who charges tax on shipping??)…read more Cons: Open-ended timelines (which they consider normal, when it's not to anyone else in the industry) and poor communication. Basically, you get what you pay for. Not the best quality. Got my gun back with a few spots painted unevenly - dry sprayed, with dull finish right next to shiny. Not a big deal for me, since it's an antique and has rough spots anyway, but would be more of an problem with a new gun. What's more of an issue is that there is no way of knowing when your project is going to be completed. My project took 7 weeks, and it wasn't exactly a huge challenge - a small handgun, single color frame and slide, second color all small parts. Original estimate was 3 weeks. They prioritize other things, over-promising and misinforming along the way, resulting in a way longer timeline. You may get a better service if you are a local customer, not sure. Absolutely not worth the aggravation for mail-order - plenty of other, reputable cerakote applicators around.
