The value, quality and fragrance will likely keep them on my future shopping list. Aside from the great customer service, the store was very well organized and clean. There was plenty of stock on the floor and it seemed as though some employee(s) paid extra attention to detail because product displays were quite attractive. Fortunately, the line was short enabling me to get in and out without a long wait. (YES!!!)

I'm not sure what was going on before we got there but as soon as we stepped in, we were profiled once again and I know that's what it was because as soon as we walked in, she looked at me up and down, looked at my purse and then looked at My Husband the same way when I tell you every move, we made we were followed by a staff member continuously being bothered, and we were not able to shop whatsoever and I never heard them asking other customers if they knew what they were going to buy or what they were looking for or if they needed help the way they asked us. My Husband and I finally looked at each other and said let's just go and the only items we were able to shop for were two refills for our plug-ins that we have at home and one hand foam soap that was on one of the shelves right next to me as we were in line it was super uncomfortable and very annoying. It was like the lady did not get the hint that we just wanted to look around and shop on our own like everybody else in there especially since they didn't have the fragrance that we wanted in stock we thanked her for helping us look up the item and then letting us know they didn't have it, but I did find it in one of the home fragrance refills so I grabbed that one. My Husband didn't like it very much so he went and found his own fragrance for his own plug-in, and that was it and as we stood in line, like I said, there was a shelf that I was able to browse through because we were in line and the lady who greeted us made her way to the cash register and I'm guessing it was to make sure that we purchased what we had in our hand never again will I shop at this location? I will be taking my business elsewhere. we didn't like the shopping experience at this location at all, and apparently when I told my neighbor she said yeah us too. They weren't profiled, but they were definitely given attitude by the ladies that work there she also agrees that she would not be shopping there either at least not at that location, which is sad because it's very close to our home, but we would rather drive further out to be treated well and not the way we were treated when we were there the last time. I sincerely hope that they find better staff more respectable.

I was told that even though I had the receipt, I couldn't do an exchange for a candle that I didn't like the scent because it was now ringing up at a lower price. Apparently it was out of season. It was new and purchased fairly recently. Very disappointing. I guess I won't be purchasing anything new online from Bath & Body Works anymore.

Multiple times now, I've placed an order online, paid for it, and selected in-store pickup the Ingram mall store. I drive over (sometimes a decent distance), only to find out they don't actually have the items in stock. They end up canceling parts of the order or telling me it's unavailable, which wastes my time, gas, and effort. It's disappointing to pay online and get excited about picking up my favorites, just to have to go to another location or reorder/ship instead. I wish they'd improve inventory accuracy for online orders or make it clearer upfront when something might not be available for pickup. The products are great, but this repeated issue makes me hesitate to use the online pickup option again.
