Jackelyne was not helpful with the party!! She did not greet anyone, some guest said witness kicking door several times, she acted careless about it, and made my guest uncomfortable with her actions. I could not hear her when she speak. It was HOT in the room! So no a/c! Only two games were done! And music was so LOW! Everyone had to keep it low when that was going on. This is the worst place I have ever experienced for my child's party! Never again! I give one start cause i can't put ZERO!!!! read more

I slipped and fell. I went into emergency a couple days later. I ended up having breaking my knee. I notified them and they did nothing!! I had a full brace. Physical therapy. A small brace. This happened in November. I now have to use a walker and a cane. I also have chronic pain. And still have physical therapy to this day May !!! The doctor said it will take up to a year for the knee to heal completely read more

For the Groupon this place is great. 2 hours unlimited rides. And 80 tokens. The games aren't expensive and you get your moneys worth. The prizes are decent for tickets. If you compare the cost of rides to the deal you get way worth your money in rides. My kid loves it. It's a buffet so the food isn't really for grown ups but pizza is pizza. If they would work on pizza recipe this could easily be a 4 star. Drinks and everything included. They have an ICEE machine. Ice cream. The rooms are big and they have a sports room to watch games. All in all it's a good place for kids and adults. They also serve beer. Solid 3 star and I hope this place stays open forever. read more

I go here every year in December for my sons birthday. This year I went October 11th for another birthday for my younger son and it wasn't a good experience. The workers were rude, they had hair, make up done like they were going to a club. What is going on here!? This is a children's place to come and have fun. My son is 3 years old with autism and he was treated poorly by an employee working the train ride. They seen us standing in line and all the workers got together at the ticket and were talking amongst themselves and left us in line and said to wait. They were laughing and I felt attacked like they did not want us on this ride or they did not care to assist us. I asked another employee for help and she said I have to wait for the group of women who were talking with each other at the ticket line. The employee who was working this ride did not in fact have a name tag so I could file a proper complaint. She had no enthusiasm to work with small children and she is who was at the train ride for toddlers. She seen my son waiting in line to ride and was crying and she would not attend to us as she was talking with a bunch of other girl employees. This was not a way to handle working at her area. She also was full face make up with long lashes dressed as if she had somewhere else to be and not at work. I'm not one to attack a persons looks but I strongly feel there should be a dress code enforced. Majority of the women all looked the same with hair, make up and the long lashes and super long acrylic nails. It just didn't look professional at all in my opinion. Also as mentioned I come every year and last year my family caught Covid and this year on 10/11/25 my children got hand food and mouth disease. It leads me to believe they have poor sanitation and now I don't think I'll be returning. I was in the cabin room eating area so I'm pretty sure they got this from the play area. Most game were not working and it wasn't like any of the previous experiences where it was just a fun time for the kids. Typically, I'm not wanting to leave long reviews like this, but I feel it needed to be said because I don't think it's a coincidence that each year I go here my family gets sick. I'm not sure if anyone will even see this review, but if so, I really hope something gets done. It was just not a pleasant experience for my three-year-old who is autistic. I thought this would be the perfect place for him since in the years prior I did have good times with booking parties, but the last two years have been pretty bad where I don't think I'm returning and I do not recommend for people to bring small children as I mentioned, the employees are just not very kid friendly especially with special needs children. I have three autistic children and I just feel like they weren't treated fair. Besides all of this. I did try to make the best of the time being there with as much money as I spend here. I just don't think this was a good outcome and it's very unfortunate that I wasted a third birthday here. read more

We have been going to this location for a few years now. Staff is friendly and their buffet selection is great. We have had both of our kid's birthday party's at this location and we like the convenience and how easy it is on us while hosting our sons birthday party at this location. Erica was our host this time around and she was great and went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly for our son's birthday. I was here last Saturday & honestly the customer service was amazing. While walking from the buffet back to the party room I dropped a plate of food I was carrying for my little one, and as I was struggling to pick up and throw it away 3 employees appeared and helped me. They said "you've got 3 people here to help you ". I was so surprised but thankful. The party host was great, the manager was out there working the bar and I saw an employee in the bathroom cleaning 2x so I think everyone there was working really hard and it was noticeable!
