I never leave reviews for Dave & Buster's because, honestly, I've never been a huge fan and the service has usually been pretty disappointing. But Sunday completely changed my mind! We had one of the most attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind servers we've ever had. Huge shoutout to Cliff! This guy works his butt off and somehow still manages to make every guest feel important. He was constantly checking on us, making sure we had everything we needed, and did it all with a great attitude and a smile. My boyfriend and I live across the street, and now we're half-joking that we need his schedule so we can plan our visits around when he's working! That's the kind of impression he left on us. Cliff is the definition of excellent customer service, and he turned what would have been an ordinary visit into a great experience. Went back to give them a chance to redeem themselves from the Philly cheesesteak egg roll situation & they had them this time.. they came with a cheese queso dip & i loved them! I had the firecracker salmon meal.. perfection! (forgot pic :().. also, the bathroom was in service. Way better experience. What went wrong was when I ordered a Cadillac and it was light colored. We had amazing customer service experience with Jacob, and the manager, Elona!! The music and game noise levels are pretty high, but it is an arcade and restaurant, so it is to be expected. We had to call the Win team members to help with malfunctions a few times. I do enjoy most of the song selections, so that much is good! We tried several items from their vast and new selections on the menu. The best part for us was that the food vouchers can now be used on any menu item, instead of only selected menu items. This is wonderful! I'm so glad Dave & Buster's listened to our suggestions. We are sad to not see Beto's name on the front door anymore, but I understand he is moving on to bigger and brighter horizons! Tonight, we tried: The chicken quesadilla, it was cheesy goodness and I love the salsa (it reminds me of pace picante sauce, in a good way), I prefer sour cream to guacamole, so that is how I ordered mine. The Philly cheesesteak was very cheesy, and perfectly seasoned in my opinion, he thought it was a bit on the salty side. The brookie sundae tower the brookie itself was warm and gooey, as described! Yum! The Bananas Foster Pie was very tasty. The bananas were ripened and sliced perfectly, the caramel was a nice addition on the side, the candied pagans were delicious, and the pie itself was pretty good! Mellow flavors, not overly sweet. We also got the eat & play combo for $78.99 (comes with a $75 power play card, 500 chips, and an entrée. You can add on a mini desert for $3.99, if you choose. On April 12, 2026, at around 11 PM, I encountered a disturbing incident while dining with family. I had to use the restroom, I sensed was being watched and discovered someone taking photos of me from above the stall. Upon confronting the individual, the alleged perpetrator fled, leaving without a clear description but I managed to capture a photo of the suspect's shoes. I approached security to report the incident, but the response was disheartening; security indicated they could not take any action without a clearer identification. I managed to show them the photo of the shoes, they only did a quick lap around the arcade but did nothing after. I insistence on reviewing surveillance footage, security and the manager claimed they could not access the cameras. Alarmingly, the manager acknowledged that this was not an isolated occurrence, noting prior incidents of similar nature, and even mentioned that a person was targeting children in the restrooms, presented with a nonchalant demeanor. Following the troubling encounter, I filed a police report, yet expressed frustration that no action was taken. The situation was further exacerbated when I experienced ridicule from security personnel while leaving the establishment. I felt useless and embarrassed. Concern for the safety of children and people, I'm urging others to remain vigilant when visiting this location and using both male and female restrooms. Here is the image of the suspect's shoes in hopes of identifying the perpetrator, this is a serious issue and was not taken seriously. These workers and Security lacked professionalism and real security. Please keep your children and yourself safe from these predators hiding in the restrooms. read more

First impression, had to go up a bunch of stairs because the elevator was broken. Not a good start. But it was dead which made it more fun since I didn't have to fight for any games. Smaller location I've seen so far. On the right side of the Dicks department store but located upstairs which the lower ground level parking near Dick's has an entrance with stairs and one elevator. We entered the mall at a separate location so I don't know if they are connected in between. I saw that you can redeem game tickets for certain food maybe drink options but that's like if you already played for tickets and ready to redeem so I highly suggest that then the toys you can get there. Drinks were just pretty sweet. I didn't taste no alcohol, so I didn't get a buzz and wouldn't want to drink more. Food was ok. When I ate the new fries item the next day was ok too but it is a sharing selection. Bath rooms are clean I don't have anything to say about service and it wasn't bad at all, there just wasn't anything that stood out about our interactions with the employees Overall the kids had a good time, we had fun catching up and maybe we'll come back and redeem an appetizer in the near future read more

I'm very torn about this location. Me and two of my friends came here on a Saturday afternoon, and it actually wasn't that busy. We decided to get some drinks and shots before we played around on some of the games, and were able to sit at the bar right away. The bar tenders were all very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu, and helped me decide on my drink/shot after asking me my preferences and a few questions, and they nailed it! I absolutely LOVED what they recommended. However, I wasn't loving the game section which is arguably the main reason of coming to a place like this. It's pretty small, and even though it wasn't that busy it seemed very packed due to the lack of space you have. Am I going to be coming back to this location? Overall Dave & Buster's is a fun place to take the kids and play. Same setup as prior pretty much. We came for dinner a few weeks ago on a Friday night and played some games afterwards. Most of the games are setup for you to get tickets, which they keep a digital count/track of on your players card. One thing I like is the players cards can be loaded onto your Dave & Busters app, then you can transfer points, tickets, add money, etc. Two things, the amount of video games you get for the money packs in my opinion. It's a bit of a rip. I'd guess it's around 12 games or so for $25, that's like over $2 a game, it's pricey. The other was, our server for sure seemed like they didn't want to be there, to give the server the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were having a bad day or night. It's just not the most welcoming feeling when you're paying an establishment to eat food and the person greeting you, taking your order, etc, comes off like they don't want to be dealing with you. Totally fine, but at least give your table to another server who does want to deal with people. The staff at the prize center were extremely helpful, they helped me download the app and put our cards there, label them, and show how to transfer points, etc. We'll be back for sure, my kids always enjoy coming here. read more

So to start off I've been here 3 times and all of these times have had to talk to management about something. First was when my sister's family and I went there and they tried to get a tip based on the purchase of playing cards (or w/e they are that are like $100). No it should only be on the food. Second was when I went there for a birthday on March 23, 2024 and I bought a round of shots for everyone at the table. We had separate checks and all of us were charged for the round $40+ instead of just me. Fathers day of this year, went to support the karaoke DJ with friends and there was a huge spill (caused by a baby, not staff) but when staff was told about it (four separate times) it took 45 minutes to get cleaned up. They wouldn't even put a wet floor sign down. Then I ordered drinks and an a "shareable" appetizer and the appetizer was a very small bowl of queso and 20 chips for $12 (rounded up). When I asked the waiter about the drinks he claimed I never ordered them. I reordered and he came back a minute later saying the bar was running behind and that's why I didn't get my drinks before. Sir, make up your mind. Then I let him know I was going to play games but that we were still at our table so I would be back to pay (3 friends were still at the table.) Five minutes later he hunted me down saying he couldn't find me and I needed to pay now. The bar has always been great, same-ish with the games (when they're operational), but the service is not good and the food is meh. Keep in mind I never asked for a comp of food, drinks, or anything of the like just that things be corrected. Please have a floor assistant manager or supervisor that just rotates and makes sure things are running smoothly and that there are no safety issues or customer concerns. read more

Came here on Veterans Say to receive the Veterans deal which was an entree up to $20 and a $10 game card. I ordered the flatbread pizza half pepperoni and half cheese. We had one of the managers as our waitress, Tina. She was amazing. So kind, nice, helpful, and made our day smooth. Not sure if all employees are similar but Tina was on top of it. When we arrived, we were put on a waiting list, which was fine -- we only waited about 10 minutes before getting a text that our table was ready. After being seated, we sat there for about 10 to 12 minutes with no service. Several waitstaff walked by, including one waitress who passed us 3 to 4 times, but no one even acknowledged us. It was my first time coming to Dave & Buster's, I did not have a great first impression. We had gone with a group of four, and had made reservations prior to the visit, for 8:30. When we got there, there was no hostess at the counter, we couldn't find any help to seat us, and stood around waiting for 15 mins, so we decided to sit in a clean booth and wait to see if anyone would greet us, although it was really deserted of employees. Finally a security guard made his way to the greeting counter where we had to ask about our reservation, he told us to move from our nice booth, and said, and I quote, "pick any table on the left side that's available and Cleanish". He was nice about it, but it wasn't his job to host. After making our way to a "cleanish" table, we sat looking at the menu that we had to get ourselves from an empty table, and continued to wait another 10 mins to be waited on, the only reason that we were waited on was because the same security guard that had greeted us was sweeping the floor and asked us if we had been helped yet which we replied no. And it still took an additional five minutes for someone to finally come to our table to take our orders. The servers were nice, but the service was awful, you can tell they were understaffed, and tired. The security guard was doing additional work instead of actually doing his security job, I just felt bad for him. All the employees just seemed so tired, and it showed. We were also charged for dressings we never asked for that were randomly placed at our table, that we thought were complimentary. And we had to ask for cutlery that was only brought to one person in our group. Their attention to details were bad when it came to customers. And anytime we needed to find an employee they were no where to be found, even when we wanted to play in the arcade. I really wanted to like D&B but it took like an hour for us to just get seated and get our orders in. I would love to give Dave & Buster's another chance, but as far as first impressions go, this was God awful. Hopefully, if we ever come back it will be better. read more

Yesterday was our first visit to a Dave n busters. We took our 9 year old out for his birthday. Our reservation was set for 6pm, got seated right away. We finally got service at our table about 6:25. Our waiter Zee was nice, apologetic, and friendly. They were clearly understaffed as there was a 49ers game on. Zee was zooming around like Superman trying to be everywhere at once. I actually felt like clocking in to help him out. Haha...our food arrived at 7pm, it was decent for the price 10$ wings for 10$... we also got chicken strips (very thin & crunchy, don't order those), boneless wings and fries... I didn't care for the taste on the Nashville hot wings nor the fries.. The Buffalo style was a normal "Dave's hot sauce". The cheese stick stacks were the best part!!! Paid an extra 45$ for each kid to have 90 minutes of unlimited game time. They really enjoyed themselves... overall, I rate it a 3 because the service just wasn't there and the food was just ok... Food at this location was pretty good in my opinion, I had the Cali Avocado Chicken Caesar Salad Bowl which was generously portioned. I paired my salad with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc . This location is great if you are a fan of sports, however it's a bit too loud for my liking. It was hard to have a conversation because my friend kept asking me to repeat myself or just couldn't hear me in general. This location is also very small in comparison to D&B in Milpitas with less options on quality games. (-1Star) Regarding service: our server / Bartender was very upbeat and polite. For a not so busy afternoon she was stretched pretty far. She was responsible for the bar top and the tables which kept her pretty busy, but she made sure to walk by and check in on us frequently which I admire.
