Worst of all... they totally destroyed my timing belt cover. I brought it in there cause the shop is supposed to be able to service older foreign vehicles. They broke 4 bolts on the timing cover and broke off all the plastic bolt tabs that hold it on. When I asked them about the damage they said it was all there before I brought it in. I know FOR A FACT it was in one piece before they got their destroying hands on it. When I called the owner out on it.. first he said thats the way it was.. When I said he was lying he then told me it was an old car and stuff like that breaks... Well then why the heck didnt you tell me about it and replace it. instead they cobbled it together with a bunch of washers and rigged it to stay in place. The brand new thousand dollar timing belt is now completely exposed in two spots. They werent even going to tell me about this stuff and let me drive away. When I said I would have bought a new cover if they had told me...he got real snooty with me and said they dont have time to leave my car up on the stand waiting for parts. I came in 2 hours after they started the work and asked if they thought I needed any more parts.. The answer was no.. everything is fine. Mind you the timing cover was off already but he never showed it to me. I wonder why... hmmm...... And they had the car there 2 days. Now I have a car I STILL cant drive until I get a new cover or risk damaging the new belt. IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE.. YOU WILL NOT BRING IT HERE!!!!!

A few months later the shaking started again so took car to Dante Auto in Oshkosh. They replaced the front brake rotors and there has been zero shaking. Doubtful about the parts Complete Auto is using. Also, when looking through all my invoices of work they have done I noticed that they replaced the power steering and a/c & alt belts twice within 15 months. I shocked I didn't catch this. I guess I was too trusting. I only take my car to Dante in Oshkosh.

If you already know what's wrong with your car and you tell them what you want they are not bad mechanics but if you go there and you don't know what you're talking about they will take advantage over you and screw you for every dime. I needed to get my axle fixed and I knew exactly what was wrong with it. I took it there and they told me everything up to my steering column was gone and needed to be replaced. I told them And they looked at it and RESET The check engine light and told me to come back if it turns on again. So i left with my car and brought it back the next hour because the check engine light turned on again and they reset again and told me to come back the next day if its still there. So i brought my car back to them the next day, NOW they told me i need to replace catalytic sensors too and i would have to leave my car there because they had busy schedule.. understandable BUT IN NIGHT TIME WHEN I GOT DONE WITH WORK AND I WAS DRIVING PAST AUTO SELECT IN NEENAH I DIDNT SEE MY CAR THERE IN THE PARKING ALOT OR IN THE GARAGE and i could sleep all night knowing someone is out there driving my car pushing on it or misusing it because its NOT THEIR PROPERTY when i confront them the next day about my car not being there lastnight "they kept refusing said they parked it in the church parking alot because their parking lot was full, but wholetime the parking lot wasnt even fully full there was still 3 to 4 car parking spots were empty in the parking alot.. and i even paid for the sensors and have them put it on my car.. so my girlfriend can finally drive my car but the check engine lights was still on.. so i left and brought my car to the bergstrom and They kept my car there for week and test every single part on my car and they said the check engine light is keep turning on because of the bad catalytic convertor PART that auto select put in. They also tighten the oil plugs with an impact, forcing you to return for service. In under two years the weld had broken at the muffler. Two years! I've had cars go 10+ years without exhaust system problems. We take it back into them hoping they would honor their work. And they had the audacity to say that "someone" had worked on the exhaust system after they did! Which was a total crock. But they could "fix" it for another 700 dollars. Don't leverage or support them. That shop needs to dry up and go out of business.
