Doubtful about the parts Complete Auto is using. Also, when looking through all my invoices of work they have done I noticed that they replaced the power steering and a/c & alt belts twice within 15 months. I shocked I didn't catch this. I guess I was too trusting. I only take my car to Dante in Oshkosh.

If you already know what's wrong with your car and you tell them what you want they are not bad mechanics but if you go there and you don't know what you're talking about they will take advantage over you and screw you for every dime. I needed to get my axle fixed and I knew exactly what was wrong with it. I took it there and they told me everything up to my steering column was gone and needed to be replaced. I told them And they looked at it and RESET The check engine light and told me to come back if it turns on again. So i left with my car and brought it back the next hour because the check engine light turned on again and they reset again and told me to come back the next day if its still there. So i brought my car back to them the next day, NOW they told me i need to replace catalytic sensors too and i would have to leave my car there because they had busy schedule.. understandable BUT IN NIGHT TIME WHEN I GOT DONE WITH WORK AND I WAS DRIVING PAST AUTO SELECT IN NEENAH I DIDNT SEE MY CAR THERE IN THE PARKING ALOT OR IN THE GARAGE and i could sleep all night knowing someone is out there driving my car pushing on it or misusing it because its NOT THEIR PROPERTY when i confront them the next day about my car not being there lastnight "they kept refusing said they parked it in the church parking alot because their parking lot was full, but wholetime the parking lot wasnt even fully full there was still 3 to 4 car parking spots were empty in the parking alot.. and i even paid for the sensors and have them put it on my car.. so my girlfriend can finally drive my car but the check engine lights was still on.. so i left and brought my car to the bergstrom and They kept my car there for week and test every single part on my car and they said the check engine light is keep turning on because of the bad catalytic convertor PART that auto select put in. So i went back to the auto select and ask them if they can look at it n replace the part BECAUSE I HAVE 3years part warranty on it. talked to Anthony and the onwer they kept interrupting me and wasnt trying to listen or hear anything they being really RUDE about it.. they didn't listen or do anything about it.. i spent over 4000$ and still the check engine light still on because of auto select.

My car kept dying on me and I knew the code from diagnostics was for the crankshaft position…read moresensor. I took my car here at 10 am on Tuesday morning. At around 5ish the guy called me to say he found a loose wire and fixed it. The next day, I was getting my oil changed and the car kept dying while at that oil change place. They recommended I take the car back to Firestone so I did. I told them the problem was the same as when I brought it in the day before. I was asked to bring it back the next day, but the car would not start again so I had to leave it there. They finally replaced the crankshaft position sensor and called me at about 1 PM on Thursday. I had no car for three days because they didn't listen in the first place. At least they didn't charge me for the diagnostics again. The whole repair cost about $225, but I was without a car for two days longer than necessary. Uber made out though.

In under two years the weld had broken at the muffler. Two years! I've had cars go 10+ years without exhaust system problems. We take it back into them hoping they would honor their work. And they had the audacity to say that "someone" had worked on the exhaust system after they did! Which was a total crock. But they could "fix" it for another 700 dollars. Don't leverage or support them. That shop needs to dry up and go out of business.
