I went to Chef Ju'von's brunch and this was the brunch experience of a lifetime. From start to finish it was bougie vibes and soulful comfort. The deep‑fried whole snapper came out golden and crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. It sat alongside the signature lobster‑bisque grits very creamy, rich, and comforting with that hint of Southern luxe; and that Henny‑honey glazed cornbread? Sweet, buttery, and the perfect balance of indulgent and homey. I also got the breakfast waffle trio, and each waffle held its own it was crisp outside, soft and flavorful inside, a fun counterpoint to the seafood and grits. [[HIGHLIGHT]]What really set this brunch apart was the energy at the table. Eating and laughing with a group of powerful, beautiful women made the whole vibe so uplifting and cozy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Chef Ju'von's "boujee‑meets‑soul‑food" approach gave us food that felt luxurious but familiar, the kind of meal that nourishes the spirit as much as the belly. If you're looking for a brunch that brings bold flavor, creativity, and soul go book with Chef Ju'von. Totally worth it.

This place fraudulently charged my card for $495 yesterday and I live in California. Tried calling multiple times to get this resolved and no answer. This person is either doing the credit card spoofing or he is helping someone. Bad business and is being reported to the authorities today.

I came for the Sunday Boujie brunch and boy was it a treat !! The food does take a while to come out, but our waitress Kiya was great ( & it was her first day) . We ordered a spread to share and it was delicious . We also got the bottomless mimosas which they have some awesome flavors that the chef himself makes up so It's something different each time she brings a new glass out. For food we got the Jerk shrimp & Lobster bisque grits, Chef boujee wings , Deep fried salmon bites, elevated candied pepper bacon , & Boujee French toast . Everything was absolutely delicious and worth the wait . [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is a small cottage & it's such a cute laid back ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The chef comes around to talk at times and that k you for coming . He is going to start brunch on Saturdays at some point . Definitely check him out

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a vibe! This venue is excellent for dates or gathering with your girls[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is serene and the food is chef's kiss.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We all ordered the Lobster Bisque Shrimp and Grits. I had to top it off with Bacon and eggs and it did not disappoint. You owe it to yourself to check it out!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Food, chef, location and music were amazing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Only issues was the wait time for food was a bit long and the host was bland. We had a great experience for the most part and the chef has a great personality. Definitely will be coming back because it was worth the hour drive.

Well it was my sister in laws wedding brunch and we got there at 11:10 for our 11:30 reservation. We were a larger party. We didn't get our drinks until 1:00 hour into the service when one of the two tops of our party had their drinks and food finished before we even got our drink. An hour and a half later we went to talk to the manager and he said my bad we forgot to turn off uber eats food. That's on us, let me check what's going on with the food. He never came back to see us. While my 18 month old is having a meltdown they didn't have milk and he just wanted his eggs. My fiance ended up leaving to get checkers for us while we waited. We ended up canceling three of the tables food after two hours. The brides grandparents left because they were starving and couldn't wait anymore. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ONLY positives was our waitress she was sweet and good with my 18 month old son and the man playing the music was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Had to get bloodwork done at 6:30am, so afterwards we were close to here and craving breakfast, so it was a no-brainer to stop in here. Having been born and raised in Mississippi, I am always on the hunt for some good southern homestyle cooking and I for sure found it here. First, everything about the outside and inside of the restaurant reminded me of all the lil mom and pop restaurants I was raised going to. Great nostalgia for me. Now was the food going to live up to what the place looked like?? YES! So I went in craving breakfast and then what did my little eye spy on the menu? An open-faced roast beef sandwich and they service breakfast and lunch all day? Well, yes, please and thank you! Forget brekkie, I went straight for that open-faced roast beef with fried and all of it covered in gravy. OH MY! I'm talking this is the kinda food that (as we say in the Deep South) makes you wanna slap your momma! The bread was piled high with fresh roast beef. The fries were steak fries which are my favorite. The gravy topping everything was just the chef's kiss to set everything off! So many things I want to try on the menu, but I think it's going to be a while before I order anything other than that open-faced roast beef! Hubby had scrambled eggs, toast, hash (his fav brekkie food and he asked for it crispy - they delivered), and breakfast potatoes. He said everything was great and that it's the best hash he's had. I have never been a fan of hash, but I always try it. This has I would definitely eat. It was good. Can't say I'd order it myself because I'm just not a fan, but if this is the breakfast that was served to me, I definitely wouldn't turn my nose up at it. Anyway, two big thumbs up from hubby. Wheelchair friendly. Clean restrooms. Great service from our attentive and sweet server. Food came out very fast. I also much mention the Diet Coke. You know how some are just better from certain fountains? Yes, this was one of those cold fountain Coke's that was just so good. It really hit different. I ordered water as per usual because I try to not drink soda too much, especially while I eat, but hubby mentioned how good it was so, of course I had to try it. He was right. Very good indeed. If you are in the area, don't miss out on this lil restaurant. You will not be disappointed! The only negative thing I can say is they are only open until 3pm on weekdays and only until 2pm on the weekends. Guess that's a good complaint though. LOL Sure wish they were open for dinner too b/c we'd really be eating here a lot!!

We started with cheese curds and both decided on sandwiches. I did a tuna melt on rye with Swiss, my sister ordered the market club. Both were delicious. Fries, tots and onion rings are side choices. Daily specials and soups are available. The service was spot on, def a place to become a regular at! Can't wait to go back and try something else.

I sadly didn't get to snap a photo of the excellent appetizer buratta, but it was a perfect blend of balsamic tomato and creamy cheese! I am a true foodie, and this was hands-down the best burger I've ever eaten. My husband absolutely loved his shrimp and grits, perfectly cooked and well balanced flavor. Well, I know everyone recommends the chocolate cake, I can't rave enough about the crème brûlée. Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to enjoy a " private chef experience" meal! One of my favorite things about it is that it hasn't changed much over the years, but in the best way. It's family-run, the vibe is comfortable and familiar, and the staff has always been amazing. We've had countless dinners here with big groups (10+ people), and they deliver every single time. That kind of consistency is rare. What I order every single visit: Salad with house dressing, it's honestly one of my favorite dressings anywhere. Loaded Buckskins - You have to get these. Think a cross between a steak fry and a potato wedge, loaded with cheese and bacon, addictively good. Petite strip steak - Perfect portion, cooked and seasoned just right every time. Simple, consistent, and exactly what you want. They also bring out warm brown bread with your meal that just hits, and a side of applesauce that I've come to think of as the perfect little palate cleanser, such a simple touch, but it makes the experience feel even more classic.
