She made this store feel like home and talking with her she made you feel like she knew you your whole life. I couldnt hear him correctly and asked him about 10 times to repeat himself because all I saw was a random stranger holding his throat trying speaking words i couldnt understand. Hes obviously stressed out but this was my worst experience after 5-6 years religiously coming to this store. He probably doesnt have to trauma dump that he has cancer after i told him i dont understand him he just turned red and started yelling at me louder... as best as he could . Sucks he has cancer but you cant treat customers like that especially if you can barely talk and without a uniform. Definitely needs to stay out of customer service if he cant talk.

It's known as "the Exchange" or "Redstone Arsenal Exchange Services," or "Army and Air Force Exchange." It's open Monday through Friday 6 AM to 6 PM and closed on the weekends. It's sort of a one stop shop as it's a gas station, convenience store with a small liquor store (must have Military ID to purchase liquor, beer, wine, etc.), and smaller versions (versus the regular sized stores) of both Burger King and Subway. Unlike the Express with Class Six on Action Drive, the selection of liquors at the AAFES Express is much smaller and I've never seen the AAFES Express host an event like an on site wine retailer. I've eaten at both the Burger King and Subway, which can get really crowded, and purchased a few items at the convenience store. In the past I've purchased gas here, too. It's nice, in a pinch, to be able to pop over to the AAFES Express and get a sub sandwich or something from Burger King if you forgot your lunch and/or missed the cafeteria operating hours in your building.
