I did a very detailed search of roofers in my area and selected New Roof Plus based on their work done in the Highlands Ranch and Littleton areas. We really wanted to move from an asphalt roof to a metal stone coated using Decra. Decra recommended New Roof Plus and I immediately spoke with Greg to have him come out and do a bid on my property. Greg was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and walked me through the roofing material and process they use to install the roof. He gave me about 15 names and addresses in the local area that New Roof Plus had completed that I could reach out to get their references. I called all 15 individuals and physically went to see their roofs. The jobs that they did were just beautiful, all the references highly recommended New Roof Plus and it was clear that we wanted to do business with New Roof Plus and signed that day. Greg provided daily updates about the job as it was started and eventually completed. It took about 4 days from start to finish to remove the roof, install the new roof and get everything approved through the permit process. Greg's team worked incredibly hard and delivered such a beautiful final result. I would highly recommend Decra product as it has a 50-year warranty and your insurance will even give you a discount on your home owner's insurance. My mom has had Decra over 20 years through multiple hail storms and it looks just as good as when it was installed. Greg's team did a great job cleaning up the job site and ensure everything was properly cleaned after the roof was installed. Dawn runs the front office at New Roof Plus and got all my paperwork ready for my insurance company so I could get all the discounts on my roof and did so in the same day as when the roof was completed. I've had some problems with the gutters and paint work. The gutter contractor did come out and take a look at the gutters and attempted to fix the issue I was having. I would NOT hire this company to do any painting on the exterior of your home. I would recommend hiring a separate contractor for that. I've had problems from day one with the paint work. I finally gave up even going back to them to have them address the paint issues. Also, I'm pretty sure one of the painters stole a large light blue crystal that I had in my back yard called amazonite. It is irreplaceable and it is something I found while hiking. One of the younger men was helping me move furniture off of the deck and literally gasped when he saw the crystal. I didn't think much of it at the time but it went missing after all the work was done. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until much later because I was caught up in having all this work done to my home and dealing with the issues. My project manager stayed consistent and on top of the job from start to finish including holding the insurance company accountable when my insurance tended toward delayed responses or even inaction. The roofing product and overall installation was good, but there were two warranty issues and a repair I wanted to get done. They refused to cover the warranty issues which were gutter related (which they also installed). It took them a week to get them to send me the estimate. I finally had to call them and ask a second time for the estimate. The guy said it went to my junk mail, so he emailed it again. That was BS. I checked my junk mail folder and it never went to my junk mail. I don't have the estimate from them any longer as they conveniently become unavailable online after a period of time. I do recall that they wanted approximately $800 for one of the simple gutter repairs. I found a different roof installer that came out within a day and made both gutter repairs for $200. And he did indicate the one gutter needed to be rehung as it was not fully secure. He also had less than flattering comments on the installation. The gutter guy I found also rehung a downspout (included in the $200). In addition to the lack of warranty coverage for items that should have been covered, and the ridiculously high estimate prices for work, I asked them for a consultation for solar panels. And guess what? I got crickets from them. No phone call, no email and no text regarding the solar panels. My impression of Roper Roofing is they are VERY expensive relative to the competition, they don't stand behind their work with warranty coverage when necessary, and their overall customer service was horrible in my interactions with them. I would NEVER recommend Roper Roofing to an enemy much less a friend.
