I found Bill through a Yelp search after I'd parked my car at the grocery store during the recent wind storm...a visit that resulted in some anonymous customer allowing their car door fly open and into the side of my car creating about a 5-inch vertical creased dent. I submitted a quote request through Yelp and Bill responded the same day. Took my car to see him the next day and got a quote and we agreed on a day that worked for both of us. Awesome!! I have a 2013 Ford C-Max in excellent condition but the driver side got crushed in by a truck door. Not just a ding... truck door got caught by the wind and actually creased/crunched into the body line. Bill went above and beyond!! Actually took me to work! Picked me up at lunch and had completely repaired the door!! I don't know how he got the crease out, fixed the folded in body line and had it like new! This is what Dr Dent used to be - outstanding work at an outstanding price. Dr. D has grown too big for his britches, and KC Dent & Ding fits the gap perfectly. I put a pretty good scuff with dent on my 6 month old MDX. I tried Dr D but aborted after their price quote, I found Bill's business on a google search. He was half DD price and every bit as good. Probably better. I was so happy with the work, I took two other vehicles up a few days later for some serious and annoying dents for removal. You can shop around if you want. I was pulling into my garage and came in too close on one side. Left a big scrape and a decent sized dent. Took it to Bill at 1:30pm. Bill said he couldn't get it back to perfect - needed a body shop for that. I said it didn't need to be perfect, and he said he thought he could take care of most of the dent and clean up the scrapes. I felt like i could trust him so I asked him to give it a shot. Met him there and 45 minutes later he had completed repairing a dent in the aluminum of a door of my F150. He showed me how to look for any imperfections in sheet metal of vehicles using light reflections. His work was perfect. He also gave me a discount due to my being a veteran. I would use him again in a heartbeat. I wonder if some of the negative reviews come from people that in today's times look for ways to be offended rather than working to earn a good acquaintance or friendship. read more

I was very pleased with the work performed on my f-150 and actually had time in my evening to wait and chat with him while he removed the dents from my door. To be fair he told me he didn't think he couldn't fix it, but that he would try for $100. 10 minutes later he gave up and said that was the best he could do. I took it to another place and they had it looking good as new in about an hour for the same price. I feel completely ripped off from kc dent & ding. I took my SUV to this place yesterday to try to fix a large shopping-cart dent in my passenger door. It was in a pretty bad place - right where the outermost fold in the metal runs horizontally across the door. I honestly didn't think the dent could be removed without regular body work and figured the best case scenario was probably just to try to have it pulled out some so it wasn't quite as noticeable. But not only was Bill able to make it look better, he actually worked his magic and made it totally disappear! It looks like new! I was amazed.
