The refrigerator with water and sodas was almost empty. Could be because it was Friday. Also there were no paper towels in the restroom. I did call it to their attention but an hour passed and still not filled. Anyways, am I happy about the service I Recieved? Yes! Was it incredibly costly for what seemed like a small item? It was expensive, but after comparing prices with other spots and doing my research, it was a bit less than what others have been charged for the same. It was ready the next day, and it was so nice to have a fully working ac in the heat again. I've had no issues since. So, I scheduled an appointment for Thursday. However, the person I spoke with had a really unpleasant attitude. He kept questioning whether I had the right place, repeating, "We're Big Bend Auto Center, not the other Big Bend Auto store." Why would I be calling if I wasn't sure? It came off as condescending. Then he told me I couldn't wait for my car, and when I asked again--just to clarify if I could wait while they did the estimate--he rudely said no. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If you can't treat your customers with basic respect, why would I trust you with my car? It's disappointing, especially since they have decent reviews on Yelp and Google. I expected better. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.
