Plenty of other places in town to get parts and tools from.

The fact that I bought most of the stuff for my Engine there (starter, distributor,alternator, belts and pretty much everything to other than the long block I bought from LKQ. Now I know it was done last year but since then bought a new car and this one got parked after 8-10,000 miles put on. So a few weeks I decided to put it back on road and yes it was sitting for a while so I knew i needed a new battery. So I did just that went down bought a battery, even let them up sell me into the gold one. I put it in, drove away. Next day, I noticed my battery light was coming on and off so I said "Man, that alternator bad already" so I parked it cause I did t want to get stranded. I then found a alternator cheaper online and ordered it cause I had time to wait and this is my second car so it's fine. So now I installed the new alternator and jump start it and pull cables..... Dead Car.. I then tried to leave cables on for a few extra mins this time and then removed.... Still dead!!!! So now I bring battery back and I get the run around about it could be the old components that killed it and we need to charge it so you'll have to come back in 3 hrs. Now when I called about the battery before I left he said bring it down and he can check the voltage and it was below 6volts. The battery comes with a warranty and it's dead in two weeks and now there trying to tell me that I'm stuck with a battery that potentially has a dead cell and nothing they can do. Well if this is the way things are handled here you might as well save your time stopping and go to a different Auto Part store to get what you need and also to have that feeling of support from the place your buying your parts from. There totally on a power trip over there and don't recommend visiting that store if you have any other issue beside handing over your money.

Went to O'Reilly today to buy a cabin and engine air filter. Talking with Chris in Concord, NH…read morelocation and he tested my alternator and battery. He gave me recommendations for a new battery and mentioned when I had the budget to replace it because its pretty much dead.... No pressure to purchase. So I picked the middle battery with a 3 year warranty and Chris installed it for me. 10 minutes from walking in the store to driving out of the parking lot. Great customer service!! Thank you so much! I'll be back for my motorcycle battery.

They had to source all of the parts needed to complete the job from their warehouse, but still had everything ready for pickup at the store by 2:30. If they can get Jaguar parts that quickly to the store, everyone reading this with more conventional car makes should definitely be buying parts here. Ron

I went to Sanels today on South Main St. in Concord. I needed a 0-ring for my log splitter…read more Knowing Sanel's has extensive knowledge in hydraulics I figured it was the place to go. The guy who helped me was Steve. Steve was about to go to lunch and he asked me if I needed help. I advised that he was going to lunch and I would wait. Steve said no you come first. I showed him my my owners manual on the o-ring and said "I'm probably going to embarrass myself but this is what I need." Steve said "yeah, I don't know much about that." But he did and said that to make me more at ease. Steve said I'll be right back. Steve got the o-rings I needed and was a great guy to work with. My future auto parts needs belong to Sanels because of Steve. Definitely an asset to this company. Thanks, Steve.
