Years ago, this was my favorite place on the boardwalk. I'm not sure if they change the recipe, if I just got a bad batch, or if it's because my wife and I now make our own caramel corn and we think it's amazing. This was not good. The popcorn tasted burnt. It was very disappointing. read more

Love, LOVE The popcorn. If you're visiting town it's right up there with ocean city's classic salt water taffy. Reasonably priced for fresh popcorn, but it's a better deal if you get the bucket honestly. When they aren't swamped and you buy a cup sometimes they give you extra if you get it in a bag. I believe they also offer shipping out of state for gifting this tasty treat! However you get it, it stays fairly well for a good amount of time. No disappointment here! So don't be afraid to take some extras home to friends and family. read more

I just had a bowlful of this caramel corn and because a co-worker moved it to an empty desk next to me I have to practice extreme self control. All I can say is the coating is very fine and crunchy and not at all that sweet but sweet enough to keep me shoving handful after handful down the hatch. Maybe it is as good as I remember fresh on the Boardwalk, but what I received was a poor excuse for any kind of popcorn. Both the butter and the dark chocolate looked like leftover popcorn from the bottom of the barrel. Have not opened the carmel onw, but do not have high expectations. read more

While I have been crazy about this popcorn for many years, this past Saturday my head exploded when I saw they now offer Cheddar popcorn... but better than that... Large scale commercially produced caramel popcorn sold in decorated retail cans is not worth the time of day.
