We came in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was busy. After wandering around, it appeared a line was forming so we lined up. However, after a few moments, a younger women approached asking how she could help. She measured, wrote up the order and and cashed us out in less than 10 minutes. She explained what the next step would be and we were on our way. I have tagged his mom and grandma in for pick up but based on past experiences with my boys and the efficient from last Saturday I have every confidence everything will be fine. TBH I have no idea how they compare to other tuxedo places, pricewise, but I think they have a great selection and the customer service is clearly a priority. Now that I am done with dressing young men for prom I will have to find some black tie events for my husband to take me to. :-) They have a very nice selection of mens clothing and they might do alternations, although I am not sure if that is just for purchase from them or if they take outside work as well. There's definitely a variety of unique styles. The prices are above the average, but the quality of the clothes seemed really good. An African American female employee ended up coming to me asking how she could help. We looked at multiple outfits trying to find the style I preferred. I tried on a couple of things in the fitting room and I ended up finding the perfect outfit plus more. She was so patient and helpful. Which they have in the past. the pants didn't fit so when I went back to return or exchange they said no. I never removed the tags and I have the receipt. The receipt clearly states any red tag item is final sale. My tag didn't reflect any red tags. THEY ARE RUDE, the reason I didn't try them on before purchasing was because they were 30min before mall closing and the employees were giving dirty looks. I think twice before even shopping at any H&M now.
