There's definitely a variety of unique styles. The prices are above the average, but the quality of the clothes seemed really good. An African American female employee ended up coming to me asking how she could help. We looked at multiple outfits trying to find the style I preferred. I tried on a couple of things in the fitting room and I ended up finding the perfect outfit plus more. She was so patient and helpful. Which they have in the past. the pants didn't fit so when I went back to return or exchange they said no. I never removed the tags and I have the receipt. The receipt clearly states any red tag item is final sale. My tag didn't reflect any red tags. THEY ARE RUDE, the reason I didn't try them on before purchasing was because they were 30min before mall closing and the employees were giving dirty looks. I think twice before even shopping at any H&M now.
