It had a crew neck instead of a boat neck. In general the fabric doesn't line up well. I had told them I need the blouse by the 25th, they scheduled getting it to me on the 22nd. No time to get it fixed. Now I need to find a different saree and blouse to wear. I'm giving it two stars because it does fit, but I would obviously never take something there for tailoring again. Very disappointed especially as this was an attached blouse piece with a handloom saree, so not possible to replace. They did give me a 20% discount.

The Woman behind the counter stops waiting on her customer and makes a beeline towards us and says, "like, unless you can just grab something off a rack and bring it straight to the counter and check out... I am closing the store!!!!". She said it so rude, she was obviously upset that we had the audacity to open the door. I had no intention of keeping her past her time. I have worked in retail, I know what it is like when a customer comes in last minute and keeps you pay your time. However, I never ever told a customer that they were not welcome in my store during official business hours. She needs a stern talking to on how to respectfully treat people. This is why people shop online, why stores close and people lose jobs. You don't have to deal with rude sales people when you order from shein.

I decided to try the Koles store #0217 on Ford Rd. Two ladies, Marlita and Shannon were determined to solve my problem. They gave me a number to call to give my Order No. and get a number to scan for return. Things worked out fine with one shirt, however, the second shirt that was identical didn't scan because one was regular fit and the other was slim fit.
