Everyone was pleasant when I shopped and still the same service when I returned to the store with a return. The return window is fairly decent with an extension given for the holiday. Loyalty membership allowed for a 2 week extension on returns. Parking is plentiful in the shopping plaza and they have accessible parking right in front of the store. They are still hiring right now. So while shopping with my four year old Granddaughter who wanted a blue dress....she suddenly asked for a bathroom. I was told to walk four blocks to Nike who does allow people to go to the bathroom. I quickly headed to check out when my grand asked for psnties too $19.99 on that quick grab which I realized after paying, walking her down to Nike was she held it as best she could, but politely said may I have a pair of panties that you just bought me. To be four, knowing adults would not let you use their bathroom pretty ridiculous! I questioned having to spend $20 for a pack that she says I need the princesses now, because she did not want to say she was holding it as best she could. I mentioned this to front counter after I realized why I had to buy panties too! Be ashamed for lack of human decency! Today was the Grand Opening - Saturday, October 11th. Yesterday the flags along Greenfield Rd were waving me in and I was able to browse and shop at the store during their soft opening. The store is stocked and ready! I'm certain it will be a mad house on opening day. There are lots of smiling and friendly staff throughout the store. I was greeted by Meashera at the Ross credit card table as soon as I walked in. The credit card offer is 10% on your purchase. I was able to purchase a couple of items for my granddaughter that I may hold until her birthday in two months! Saying yes for less! #yesforless
