Another customer came in but she didn't check in on a wait list. When the 2 customers before me were finishing up, the sales associates ignored me and my wait list check in and helped the woman who came in after me. I waited 35 minutes to talk to a sales person and I checked in as told, only to be overlooked and ignored. In this day when $120 is a LOT of hard earned money for shoes, I'll go anywhere BUT here.

Prices on my last few visits have been on par with a good sale at a non outlet store. For that, I am taking away a star. They have the selection, but no longer have the edge on pricing.
