Despite the explicate images burnt into my head by the elders in the locker room, this gym is clean and proficient!

The building was hot and uncomfortable and the staff was less than hospitable. I would suggest you skip this place.

From signup through cancellation, the experience was consistently poor. The signup process was unnecessarily difficult. You cannot sign up online or over the phone and must come in person. I arrived during hours I was told a manager would be present, only to find they had left early, requiring an additional visit to complete enrollment. The gym charges $150 per month per person, with additional costs for lockers, an extra month (extra $150) due on signup, and a facility improvement fee every six months. Despite the price, there is no coat rack or place to store even a jacket. Communication is "you must pay an extra amount for lockers each month" even though lockers are framed as an optional amenity. Charging for lockers in the first place is grubby. Every gym I've attended in the past includes them for free. Pool access is advertised. The pool is actually pool access passes included in membership to the Omni Hotel pool, we were told it was to be opened fall 2025, it has remained closed. This was communicated after signup. The equipment itself is fine, but there is no water bottle refill station, and the water available specifically says "don't fill your water bottle up". It's a gym. Who wants to use a small paper open top cup when working out. Bathrooms are often not clean. If you're coming in in the afternoon for workouts, the gym maintenance and cleaning happens then, so expect some vacuuming and hammering happening most days. But my primary issue is the staff experience relative to the price point. Front desk staff are often disengaged. A trainer instructed us to re rack weights that we didn't use. When we told him they were there before we used the machine he communicated "clean them up anyways". I rack weights when done using them. For $150 a month, if another gym member leaves weights behind, and this is noticed by the staff, I'd expect gym staff to care for the cleanup of other members weights left behind. And especially the first time, just unnecessarily hostile and unfriendly. There are many more similar interactions like this with staff. After I canceled my membership and requested my wife's remain active, a manager approached her requesting credit card information, the implication being "don't forget to pay" in a way that felt inappropriate. This is acceptable at a lower priced gym. Again, it's not what I expect at this price point. This is a premium priced gym with a good location and adequate equipment, but the service level does not match. I'm switching to another gym in the area.

From the moment I walked in and went to the front desk my experience was top tier. Carol was there to greet me and check me in. She was extremely kind and helpful. She asked if this was my first time and she was amazing from the very beginning. She gave me a lot of great info before the class and essentially broke everything down so I understood what to do and what to expect. The best part was Carol continuously helping me throughout the workout. It's been a very long time since I've worked out in a gym and I genuinely appreciated her so much!!! The class itself is a HIIT circuit training type class. You rotate from station to station and do different workouts. The music is loud, but not too loud, and is always a great playlist. Just how I like it lol. I love that you can go from kettlebell workouts to body weight workouts to boxing and so much more. It's a very non traditional type of workout and that's great because it's always different. There's also a great gym community. Other people in the classes are always friendly and helpful. It's really just a great gym community all around! Very happy I discovered them and really enjoy working out here!!!

I did not know what to expect, but they definitely made you WORK! You start off by doing a couple of warm-ups, and then the coach takes you around to different stations and demonstrates your workout in each station. Then you go off and start at whatever station you want and from there you go and take turns in between each station. I love that it's a total HIT lift workout. You do everything from weights, boxing, bicycles, and regular running. Completely loved the circuit vibes from it and the coach. I believe his name was Trey. He was AWESOME! he made sure to come and show you the correct way of doing the workout and just keeping the energy going. From the music, so the instruction. This is located in Noda, and they have a few parking spaces in the front but as well as parking lot towards the back of the building. Definitely enjoyed my time here.

This review is to document an experience that never should have escalated the way it did…read more I visited this Crunch Fitness location as a guest and complied with their policy by handing over my driver's license. Due to staff error, my license was mistakenly given to another guest. When I asked management to help retrieve it so I could leave, I was told the guest was at work, there was no guarantee she'd return, and I should just go home and come back the next day. I was essentially being asked to drive without my license and hope a stranger would bring it back later. That is neither safe nor reasonable. After management claimed there was nothing more they could do, I had no choice but to call the police, as I could not legally leave without my ID. Even law enforcement had difficulty getting the guest's contact information from management. Thankfully, the police were able to resolve the issue, and the guest's husband returned to exchange IDs. What stood out most was the lack of care after the situation was resolved. I waited at the entrance while managers continued casual conversations with staff. Even after my license was returned to the building, no one came to give it to me. I had to get up and ask for it myself, as if the entire situation had slipped their minds. The issue wasn't just the mistake--it was how dismissive and unprofessional the response was afterward. Guests deserve better communication, urgency, and respect, especially when personal identification is involved. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions and encourages this location to do better.

They exceeded all expectations, and I am realizing what childcare SHOULD be like compared to the old daycare. Dogwood excels in the following areas that I find important: Communication: The staff is prompt to communicate on all platforms, through the app, email, and phone. Food: they send out the weekly meal plan, and it's always healthy and nutritious food that my son loves. He's a 99th percentile guy, and so he eats a lot and is never hungry when I pick him up (unlike our old daycare). He probably eats better than me most days here! Staff: I can't say enough great things about the management and teachers here. From the moment we walk in, there's a smiling face at the front desk available to help with anything we need. The teachers clearly love what they do, my son loves them so much. After a year of challenging drop off and pickups with tears at the old place, it's refreshing that there hasn't been a bad handoff since the 2nd week. He even tried to go back in after picking him up he likes it so much. Facility: it's a beautiful facility and CLEAN!! Ample parking, and well thought out. Photos: I have received photos every day, to me this is important as the old daycare I was lucky to get 1 photo a month. They even put little text with it sometimes. This makes going to work and leaving my son at school a lot easier. To summarize this very long review, Dogwood is excellent and my only regret is not coming here sooner. We do drive 10 minutes further because we feel the level of care our son receives is worth it.

As he has progressed through the different age groups, each and every class room has been wonderful. Teachers are always willing to communicate, we have transparency into his daily activities, we get multiple photos daily of his activities, and he is learning so much. The food they serve is healthy and my son loves it. He gets breakfast and lunch each day. All home made right at the school. Their education programming is thoughtful and fun, with themed ideas each week/month that are great. They value sensory learning at a young age and keep children engaged as they get older with one on one learning each day. They also have as few plastic toys as possible, focusing on natural materials. Overall we feel like my son is in great hands each day!!!
