I loved seeing all the Christmas decor as I walked in! Now the desserts were unbelievable! I was not expecting them to be so good! I got a dozen thumbprint cookies for homecoming later in the day and also a lady lock and two donuts. Anything I tasted was awesome! The almond donut was delicious. I tried two of the cookies and WOW so good! I had the raspberry almond thumbprint and the chocolate peanut butter thumbprint and I was obsessed. The flowers I ordered were ~$100 online and boasted a large arrangement filled with flowers. When my friend received these flowers that I sent her for her Birthday, what showed up was an embarrassment. I even sent her a picture of what I ordered. I called 1 800 Flowers and they had this shop resend my friends new ones that more accurately depicted what was advertised. I get a notification that they were redelivered so I asked my friend if she got the new ones and she said no. I called BACK UP and they said they would be delivered by 8pm and they only said they were delivered because the shop was closing. Fast forward to today, and still no flowers. I call again for a third time and now get the response of, my friend will not get her new flowers until she returns the old one...... what kind of customer service is this? These were a gift and you expect that person to have to come to your shop (during a pandemic no less) so you can get your three day old flowers back so you can "recuperate the cost of the original arrangement" Why do you even need these flowers back? So you can resell them to some other poor customer? I refused to have to make my friend go to the store to return them and then an hour later I get a text from my friend saying " New flowers just got delivered to my house but, they told me to give the old ones back" ....... WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE/PRODUCTS/EXPERIENCE EVER. I would never use this shop again even if their flowers were free.

But most of all, the first time I ordered here, I sent some flowers to my mom. I've sent her a decent number of bouquets over the years; I've moved around the country a bit, and can't always get home to say hi. When flowers from this place were delivered, my mom called me, thanked me for the flowers... and gave me explicit instructions to order from here again. What she got was far enough above her expectations that for the first time in, uh, ten years or so, she said "please get those again!" when I got her a gift. That's a new one for me, definitely welcome, and a huge thank you to this flower shop. I've ordered flowers from here more than once now, and intend to keep doing so as long as I'm away from home and Flowers With Imagination keeps answering the phone. :-)
