They put together a really beautiful bouquet that surpassed my expectations it was probably close to 20 stems of lots of pretty, complementary flowers. And it was less than 2 hours from the time I called until it was delivered to my sister, also in Clairton. I couldn't find the other flower shop I used years ago that I loved, therefore I had to find another place. I came across Jim's via google. There is actually a florist and bakery down the street from my mom's but Jim's prices were better. I ordered roses for my gram, daisies and some red/pink flowers for my godmom/aunt, and daisies for my momma. I was going to be with out cell service over that weekend and had to trust they would make it on time. Thankfully they did! The only negative review would be that you can't order multiple flowers to different addresses at once. I had to make three separate purchases all with a $10 dollar delivery fee. They did refund me one of the fees which was nice. All three houses were less than 1.5 miles of each other. Small town America hahaha. That being said, I don't actually think it's possible on any flower site to delivery to multiple locations. I would definitely order from them again. Thanks! They all loved their flowers :)

I ordered flowers for a relative's funeral through the funeral home which sends out the order to a local florist to fulfill. According to the funeral home, Renee's received the order. I came to learn that despite this "flower delivery guarantee," my flowers were never delivered to the funeral home. I was informed that Renee does not have an email address which makes getting these orders to her difficult. How in 2022 can someone operate a business without an email address? One of the simplest forms of communication. I was also informed that Renee would be reaching out to me the following day to issue a refund. Four days later, Renee still cannot be bothered to call me so I will have to be the one to fix her problem. I doubt Renee will see this review given her severe lack of presence online or even on Google (all of which requires an email so fairly par for the course), but I hope someone else might see this and save them the hurt and embarrassment of working with a negligent business. For someone in an industry that relies on speed and efficiency in the most vulnerable and lowest times of life, you would think the least they can do is show a little care and respect.

The flowers I ordered were ~$100 online and boasted a large arrangement filled with flowers. When my friend received these flowers that I sent her for her Birthday, what showed up was an embarrassment. I even sent her a picture of what I ordered. I called 1 800 Flowers and they had this shop resend my friends new ones that more accurately depicted what was advertised. I get a notification that they were redelivered so I asked my friend if she got the new ones and she said no. I called BACK UP and they said they would be delivered by 8pm and they only said they were delivered because the shop was closing. Fast forward to today, and still no flowers. I call again for a third time and now get the response of, my friend will not get her new flowers until she returns the old one...... what kind of customer service is this? These were a gift and you expect that person to have to come to your shop (during a pandemic no less) so you can get your three day old flowers back so you can "recuperate the cost of the original arrangement" Why do you even need these flowers back? So you can resell them to some other poor customer? I refused to have to make my friend go to the store to return them and then an hour later I get a text from my friend saying " New flowers just got delivered to my house but, they told me to give the old ones back" ....... I've sent her a decent number of bouquets over the years; I've moved around the country a bit, and can't always get home to say hi. When flowers from this place were delivered, my mom called me, thanked me for the flowers... and gave me explicit instructions to order from here again. What she got was far enough above her expectations that for the first time in, uh, ten years or so, she said "please get those again!" when I got her a gift.
