Another week went by and when I contacted them they they did not return my phone calls or my email. When I did finally get a hold of them they blamed the warranty company. I then contacted the warranty company who told me Mr. Appliance would not take payment from them and insisted on charging me. Even though they agreed to my warranty's plan. Now I have to go through another repair company which will take another week. When you can't even get a company to return your calls or emails and when they do they do nothing to follow up, it's not a company I want to do business with.
