They offer a lot of tools, like hedge clippers in a variety of price points from, but it's important to keep in mind you get what you pay for. I ended up getting the more expensive, version of the loppers they offered. They had a cheap version at $15, and more expensive version at $50. The more expensive offered life time guarantee, so that's why i went with them. The cashier told me the lifetime warranty will cover anything, damage, going dull, breaking, i just need to bring them back with the receipt, and they will replace them. My only interaction with the staff was at checkout. The attendant was friendly and able to answer my questions about the warranty. I'd go here to get more yard tools, but again, just be cautious of the pricing being too good to be true, there's usually a reason

Quality of the material is sometimes a bit questionable, depending on what you're needing. Pricing is ok, and they offer a discount when using your Lowe's credit card. The one thing this location lacks is customer service. We recently ordered something online and the only option was to have it delivered to store. When I arrived at the store, it took me a while to find an associate, I asked where I picked up online orders and they directed me to the right area. Got over to online order area where I found a screen and scanned a barcode from my confirmation email. Then you have to wait for an associate to come...after about 10 minutes of waiting we finally flagged someone down to begrudgingly help get our order from the storage room. Perhaps hiring more people would help with the lack of customer service, or better training. Either way, I will probably avoid this location or go to their competitor to fill future needs.

For starters the place is really dark inside, I don't know if they just need brighter light bulbs or what but its so dimly lit it's not very inviting, it's also dead silent, no music and it pretty much remains silent unless you are standing 12" away from someone and initiate a conversation or ask a question. I've walked directly up to people working at the store---at the paint counter, the back counter and the cash registers and they just look at you in silence until you ask a question. The paint counter is frustrating, they don't seem to have much information to offer when you ask questions and they're usually busy on their phones or computers. When I've asked questions regarding paint products I've been told on several occasions "I don't know".....end of story, no one offers to find out or ask someone who might know more. It's not an enjoyable place to shop. I prefer supporting smaller stores rather than heading to Home Depot but now I just find myself trekking to a True Value further away so I don't have to patronize this one. I'd love to support this store if they seemed like they were interested in getting our business but it doesn't seem that way.

Bottom line, it's a good location to go to for convenience of hitting other errands in the area, but only if you know what you need, and don't need any assistance.
