I have always found what I need here from their wide selection and have been happy with the quality of products and services I've received (particularly like that they do key copying). Their prices can be surprisingly good depending on what item you're looking for, especially when they run specials throughout the year. It's also just very convenient. I have had a couple issues with items that I bought recently, and they were super nice and helpful about returning them. For instance, I bought a super cheap sprinkler last week, then it broke, and when I took it back they gave me a full refund no questions asked. Another time I got great customer service was from Peter, he showed me the pros and cons of each of the yard trimmers they have available, and since I'm a dummy about that stuff, it was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. I left feeling like I made a well-informed purchase. On the whole, all the staff have all been friendly, respectful, and helpful, and they keep the place clean. Would recommend!

Bar program is strong. The short rib pot pie was a straight up winner. Rich, comforting, and not trying to be anything other than good food done right. The bone marrow lost me. Cooked well, but buried under too many microgreens and then oddly topped with tortilla chip strips. No smokiness either. It felt more confused than cohesive. Where it really started to miss was the overall approach. A lot of "the chef intends this..." type explanations. It ends up feeling like the food insists upon itself instead of just letting you enjoy it. That's the bigger issue. This place exists in a space where I don't think most people want to meet it. Not casual enough to relax, not refined enough to justify the performance. Bottom line: good drinks, great pot pie, but the experience tries a little too hard.

I would just say he should go through his used assortment of things and get rid of the junk. He had so many duplicates of screwdrivers that it was a little much. And some of it was quite junky.

I can't complain about the people. Everyone has always been nice to me…read more The food they sell is disgusting. The majority of it is expired or molded. It's hard to describe how bad the food actually is. I'm writing this review because I just opened a vacuum sealed rack of ribs and they were rancid. The ribs literally had us gagging. I've had multiple bad experiences with the food they have and today was the day I finally learned my lesson. I'll never go back. I'd rather drive 30-40 minutes to a different grocery. If you continue to shop here you might as well just burn your money.
