A young man filled the tank, gave a slip, and directed me to go inside to pay. Once I got inside, I asked the young lady that I was humbled by using the honor system. Because I could've simply taken off. The young lady said: well, we trust people, but some people do leave without paying and what can you do. This place must frequented by more customers. The store itself is clean and organized, which honestly makes a bigger difference than people realize. One thing I didn't expect at first but ended up really liking is their clothing section. The prices are actually very reasonable, and I've picked up a few flannel shirts here that hold up well and look good. It's one of those spots where you go in for one thing and end up finding a couple extras that are actually worth it. The staff has always been friendly and helpful without hovering or pushing anything. Just a well-run store that does what it's supposed to do, and does it right.

He diagnoses issues quickly, explains what is going on in understandable terms, and is willing to leave the broken parts and the box the new part came in with me for my husband to look at later. His rates are reasonable. Today he replaced the igniter in my oven. He vacuumed the crumbs behind and inside the oven when he was done. He explained how I needed to push in the knob to turn the oven on. There is a safety feature that locks the knob from accidentally turning on, but it can wear out if I don't push the knob in. The oven does igniter doesn't click, so you might not know the gas is accidentally on without the safety feature. This feature wears out if you don't push the knob in before turning. He told me to be aware and get the thermostat replaced if the safety feature stopped working. He didn't need to do or tell me all of this extra stuff but he did.

They are not too expensive have diagnosed the problem without adding in unnecessary expenses and even shown ways to avoid the problem in the future. I called them today for a problem with my dishwasher not draining. Carlos came out same day and fixed the problem. He is friendly and remembered my family and asked about how they were doing. We are being helped by Stephen Castellanos, Chris and Brooke. Three of them are doing everything to meet our need and answering our curious questions. Stephen Castellanos is our main guy. He is very friendly and he tries his best to matched price with other stores. He is very patient, professional, engaging. I am sure others are too just as Chris. Chris seems to be the lead team and he makes sure everything is done correctly. We have few changes in our orders; Stephen, Chris and Brooke make sure all are done correctly down to the detail. The only reason I'm giving a star was because I got a 4x4x20 tube that they had in stock the day I…read moreneeded it, but I lost 3hrs I could've used to be on the job site and it was double the price compared to your local Patton's. They sell you with their showroom and they a large variety of materials for metal working but it's honestly not worth the wait, customer service, and price. They don't even price match. I had made a material list of what I needed and they were quoting me at $1,200 before tax and Pattons came in at $690. I even showed them proof and they refused to match the price. Anyway I placed the order at IMS for that single tube... I went to Patton got the rest of the material there (took only 20min to place the order and drive out with my material) and when I got back to IMS still waited another half hour to get single tube on my truck. The worst part is when the sales rep has you in hopes that the material is there only to have you wait 1 1/2 hrs and tell you they don't have it... they have to email their own guys to do a stock check. Idk why they can't just walk over themselves to check. First and last time here
