The installer had to reschedule the initial appointment, but then completed the installation on the rescheduled date. While the mini-split system is functioning properly, the installer never returned to clean up the lines running out the back of my house. I am now left with an unsightly exterior line setup. I called the installer multiple times to inquire about when they would come back to address this, but received no response or only excuses. Additionally, I have now discovered insects entering my home through the area where the exterior lines were installed. Whatever money I initially saved on the installation will now need to be spent to have someone properly conceal the lines and address the insect issue. I will not be using this installer again. The lack of follow-through on the cleanup and the resulting problems have created more hassle and expense for me in the long run.

They sent out another technician (Blake) who had a device that allowed him to locate the leak. It was in the cooling system and the unit needed to be replaced. The next day they found the cooling system was under warranty, located a system locally and then installed it. They gave me a quote for the labor which the warranty did not cover. Matt came out that evening and installed the new cooling system. All three technicians were outstanding and knowledgeable and were courteous and did their jobs. Matt who installed the new system was the best technician I have ever seen. Great company with great employees. They did not try to upsell you on anything and even their office researched and found and coordinated the warranty process for us. Our a/c unit was only two years old in a new build house.
