Unbelievable price. Then they made me check my carry on because they don't pay attention to what people are bringing on. Then we were 30 minutes delayed for what reason I don't know. They don't tell you anything and treat you like cattle. After all that I landed and rather than getting in my ride and on my way, I had to wait another 30 minutes for baggage delays. I asked the crew at BWI why the bags weren't coming out and all they did was refer me to the website to complain. The crew for SouthWorst in BWI is uneducated in the way of customer service and need help with people skills. I will never fly them again and suggest you look for options before being subjected to this sloppy airline.

She was so sweet and went above and beyond to help me get my bag. Moral of the store the customer service in Baltimore is terrible/unfriendly/not helpful whatsoever. Please train your employees on customer service and actually doing their job instead of "there's nothing we can do for you" for every single thing.

On my last trip, the "collector" (the guy standing out at the curb saying "you want cab?" "you want cab?" directed me to one of his vehicles. As I was approaching the vehicle, I reconfirmed, asking him if it was the same fare as the cab. Yes, Yes was his answer. I get to the hotel and the driver charges me 60 dollars - while the normal cab (and other personal vehicle rides) is 35-40. I had to get to work, so hopefully I may hear from them on the outrageous fare.
