Needing PT after a total knee replacement, I considered going to the PT clinic at Silver Cross Hospital but realized that the convenience of something closer to home would be very helpful. A friend (with personal experience at JointPro) highly recommended I give JointPro a try. Keegan and Rae and Amanda never gave up on me even when I was ready to give up on myself. The whole physical therapy experience was phenomenal! This was my first time with physical therapy. My husband was here a few years ago from a knee procedure, and he really looked forward to his sessions as did I, knowing we would be feeling better soon (especially if you followed through with the at home exercises that they gave you). Amazingly the staff knew everyone by name and very personable with all the patients. It was more of a family environment, from the moment you stepped in the door. Greeted always with a friendly smile and hearing hellos from all the staff and asking how we did from the last time we were in. They were very caring and knowledgeable and gave great tips. i Came in from a sprained ankle limping and in pain to walking out the door without a limp and hardly any discomfort on my last day. This facility is run in a very friendly yet professional manner. I have felt like an old friend walking in the door from the very first day. Jen will greet you as you walk through the door with her amazing and warm smile. Michelle and Amanda both work together to make sure all clients are receiving the care that is needed. Their knowledge is evident from the type of questions they ask and how they incorporate exercise to get you back on the road to recovery. These three ladies work together to keep things moving and the light-hearted conversations always make my trip for therapy a bright part of my day. The physical therapists Michelle, Amanda, and Jennifer are really amazing people. They want to see you get better, they work on you with your schedule to get you in, and you will receive the upmost treatment to be once again pain free. I have been to the Frankfort location, but after moving to New Lenox I thought I would give this location a try. I had a wonderful experience in Frankfort and have had an equally great experience here. Michelle is amazing-very kind, welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to go over every exercise with you and does so with such compassion. She is very personable and makes the recuperation process of physical therapy enjoyable. If you need PT, I would recommend this location without hesitation! This is my third round of PT (for various injuries) and should I find myself needed PT again, I know where I'll be going! read more

I was given a referral here from the doctor after many visits to chiropractors, massage therapists, etc. No one I saw could help get my shoulder feeling back to normal. Michelle was so patient and understanding and showed true concern about me getting better and returning to normal life/activities. The office is very clean, nice, and welcoming, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I have recently been discharged, and feel 100% better and can do everything I had done in the past before hurting my shoulder. I cannot say enough about my experience at JointPro. When I started there, I really had my doubts that they could solve my issues I had with my feet. After a few treatments I was sold. I noticed I was able to walk with ease & the swelling in my ankle went down. (Something I was dealing with for over a year). This is my first time with PT at JointPro in New Lenox. I developed planters fascitis July of 2017, and its now Oct 27 2017. The planters fascitis was in both of my feet at the same time. It was extremely difficult to deal with. Michelle, Amanda and Luke at the New Lenox location are all extremely knowledgeable in helping me with my recovery. I am really good now, I did my PT and did not need a shot in my feet from the doctors office. They taugtht me how to keep from having this terrible pain again. I am really thankful to all of them. I'm a little late in my review, as I finished my PT a few weeks ago, but I wanted to make sure I did something to give this location a thumbs way up. I had roughly 8 weeks of PT for a rotator cuff issue. I'm very averse to exercise and working out so this was foreign to me and, frankly, I didn't have much hope that I could be fixed. I'm thrilled that I now have full range of motion back and Michelle, Amanda and Jen made it all possible. Nice group of ladies during a time when I was probably very cranky. I went there because I had gluteal tendinopathy, which my doctor told me could take a year to heal. After my initial evaluation, they came up with a game plan. Things were adjusted along the way based on how my injury was responding. With their expertise and patience, they not only healed my injury but also educated me on how to keep this from reoccurring. Great experience! Everyone in New Lenox (Michele, Amanda, Luke, and Tamara) were professional, sincere, and dedicated to improving my condition. It is a beautiful facility. Best Physical Therapy place I've ever been to. The staff cares and it shows each time you enter the doors. They make something that can be grueling and awful fun and even enjoyable. I don't think there was a session where I didn't laugh, or enjoy the conversation I was having while I was improving my injury. Yes, there are times when they made you do things that were hard and not so much fun, but that is the beauty of JointPro; in a strange way you still enjoyed your time because they made the healing process less awful!!! read more

Last year I went to the Frankfort office and really liked the facility so I was thrilled when they opened their New Lenox office as it's closer to my home. Like Frankfort I found caring, knowlegdeable therapists and an efficiently run office. Everyone was helpful, kind, and interested in your individual goals. When I finished Michele and Amanda went through home exercises and gave equipment and adaptations to things I already had at home. I highly recommend this company at either location. read more

I had knee replacements 12 weeks apart this year. I started my out patient physical therapy the day after my first knee replacement. I only have wonderful things to say about the staff at Joint Pro.
