Scott Racz, Taylor Villa, Katie Semlow, Natalie Willis, Jon Rodriguez, and Jake treated me with respect, concern, and care throughout my entire time there. My injury was so bad that each of them had worked on me at some point due to the number of continued sessions that my doctor prescribed in conjunction with my availability and they were all great! This team went over and beyond protocol to help in the healing process for my severely broken ankle. The new hires there kept up the high level of professionalism when they were needed to fill-in as well. This facility constantly cleaned their equipment before and after exercises, kept clean towels available, and catered to my needs. When someone makes a mistake, they should do their best to forge an amicable solution. That's not what took place here. After advising my wife that the speech therapy was covered by my insurance, my son was treated for 4 months and the slap in the face that followed was the same people that told us we were covered, were then telling us we weren't. They didn't tell us after a few visits, they waited for us to rack up a significant bill that we couldn't afford to pay. To take it a step further, in the midst of this dispute, they sent us to collections and it's now on my credit report. If you deal with these people, don't take their word for anything, check with your insurance provider.

I had to bring this up two or three times. If I were rating care quality alone, I would say 4.5 stars. I want my $25 refunded and there needs to be no more charges on my credit card for services that were not provided.

The PT assigned to me was named Jake. While I did see two other therapists at this location who showed more compassion, I apparently drew the short straw this time. Jake frequently uttered one-word questions and phrases to me, he was extremely inattentive, and he never offered up so much as a smile when I came to see him. In fact, he seemed much more interested in flirting with the young PT assistant than he did paying attention to his patients. To top it off, the therapy he prescribed wasn't very helpful, and I ended up going to a different PT clinic to resolve my physical impairments. It's entirely possible that ATI is a fine organization, but they definitely hired the wrong professional at this location. Jake has no business being in the career of helping others with physical pain.

I gave them three stars though…read morebecause unlike any other medical place, you have to call your own insurance and find out what your benefits are and how many visits you can have. Nobody wants to do their job anymore. Anyway, they only got three stars instead of five stars because after going there for two weeks, they call me and ask how many times I'm allowed to go. I told them that's what their insurance people in the billing office do. They say they only check to see if there's a deductible. So if you go there and give them your insurance card, they will take it. But if you go beyond the amount of visits, you will be charged the full amount without being told. You'll just get a whopping bill in about six months saying you weren't covered for all of that. Insurance will not pay for all those visits. So make sure you download your benefits and take them in to the front desk office or otherwise you may be charged for many visits that insurance does not pay nor do they give you a heads up. You are completely responsible for your billing with this company no matter what the location. So if you get some little girl on the phone that wasn't trained right she could tell you you have 20 visits. Because you don't actually look that up. If she/he misread it and you only have 10 visits. You will be charged for the other 10 visits about six months later. This will go against your credit if you don't pay this off. So like I said, the care is great, but the office coordination is horrible. They do nothing for you except take your money.
