I wanted a pedicure and to have my acrylic nails filled and I'm so picky about my nails. Tracy is the owner she is a delightful, kind and Amazing woman with a beautiful heart. My pedicure was fabulous and I just relaxed enjoy the moment. The ambience in the colors of the room and the music playing and just relaxed me and put me into a Zen state. The last place that had done my nails had a wreck them and I was embarrassed even show them to anyone her eyes popped when she saw them. She said don't worry we will fix you right up. My nails are so beautiful I cannot believe it they look exactly like my own nails and the color she chose for me is out of this world. I highly recommend the shop to get all the personal care your nails your feet and your spirit need. You will not be disappointed. He was distracted by people coming into the shop and it was close to closing time. So I can understand. I found the language barrier hard to understand at times especially when they're wearing masks. (She has healthy nails and doesn't wear acrylics nor gel). She showed a picture of acrylic nails just to show the style. The salon tried to convince her to get acrylics. When that didn't work, they told her to get gel. She called me to ask me what to do and I told her to ask for a regular French manicure. She asked, and a gentleman in the background told her it would chip, it wouldn't look good and she should get gel. My daughter deals with anxiety and started getting upset. She was going to settle for regular polish with no design, and ultimately decided to leave...IN TEARS! Furious, I called the salon and the gentleman repeatedly told me she never asked for a French manicure. (I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HER WHEN SHE ASKED.) I said I would just write a review and hung up. The gentleman called me back within 5 min to continue to dispute. I asked the purpose of the call and they hung up. NEVER again!
