    Hot wings.
    Marcus M.

I found this place to be just ok. The lemon pepper wings were good but the hot winds to too soft and the corn nuggets tasted old as was the clumpy powdered sugar. The girl at the counter wasn't very friendly or inviting either. There is a dining room here but I think it's takeout only.

I was a little disappointed when I found the chicken wings here too were covered in sause. I was expecting to eat it dry, like Sharky's. But after tasting them, not so bad. The price has gone up 15 pieces + fries $13.83 after tax.

One of the best spots for wings in the south. If you want that backyard slap your momma wings and ribs, this is the joint. Always amazing.

    Very affordable

Literally instead of a hello We had already been told this by the hostess as she seated us and considering they've got it on the menu as well as at the table in big letters, I'm assuming this is a problem for most people. It is for me. I will usually tip even at lunch 25% for good service but when the management is forcing me to pay 18%, whether the service is good or not, then that's what I'm going to pay. Management is not doing their wait staff any favors. I took a star off for that. As far as the food, I was pleasantly surprised. I had fried green tomatoes and the fish and chips. My niece had a smash burger. She says hers was excellent. The fried green tomatoes were literally the best I've ever had. Which is saying a lot because I love this appetizer and will usually order it in any southern restaurant. The fish and chips were also good but not great. The fish was tender, and the breading was crispy and not too soggy, but it was not perfectly crispy. The french fries were lacking in flavor and chewy. But basically the food was good and the service was satisfactory but not great. But I will be back to try other items on the menu -/ if you're setting the bar for an 18% tip then that saves the customers a lot of money when they would usually do 25 to 30%. When I see this in a restaurant, it tells me that the management does not want to dip in their profits to give their employees health insurance, but depends on the customer to do it for them.

For starters, the calamari was perfectly crispy and fresh. Sauce ok, but the calamari was good all by itself. I highly recommend the butterflied snapper with steamed veggies. Delicious! The veggie pasta plate was huge and the pasta cooked to perfection. The shrimp scampi pasta was sooo good. The linguini was perfectly al dente and the shrimp big and plump and yummy. Oh! And let's not forget the mile high key lime pie. Even if you don't care for key lime pie you will absolutely love this one. It's more like a key lime ice cream but better. It can be pretty frustrating, especially if you're visiting for the first time and end up driving around in circles trying to find it. Once you arrive, though, it's worth the effort. The restaurant is located right on the water next to the boat ramp and has an enormous amount of parking. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, along with a full bar area. The outdoor seating is especially nice since it's completely covered on the deck but with all of the bushes and plant surrounding the deck, you're not really getting much of a view. This visit, we opted to sit at the bar and were lucky enough to snag three seats together. Our bartender was awesome and did a fantastic job throughout the meal. They don't serve liquor here, only beer and wine, so I ordered a rosé. The bartender recommended a cute little $16 bottle that came in its own mini bucket. It was adorable and paired perfectly with my meal. For my entrée, I ordered the Ahi tuna with broccoli and a side salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. My husband, however, definitely won the meal competition with the shrimp stuffed with crab meat and mashed potatoes. I stole a bite, and wow--it was incredible. The flavor and texture were outstanding, and I'll absolutely be ordering that next time. One of the funniest parts of the visit was the bartender's T-shirt featuring Anthony Bourdain flipping you off on the back. They were selling them, and I couldn't resist buying one. I'm pretty excited to wear it. Overall, we always enjoy coming here. Great waterfront atmosphere, good food, friendly service, and plenty of parking make it a place we'll continue to visit.

Normally, once we cross the bridge, we just head straight down the road toward the beach and find somewhere to park from there. This place is a little closer to the bridge, so it's not somewhere I would normally walk to or randomly stop at. They do have their own parking lot, which is convenient. We were a little confused about where the entrance was at first. We ended up going around the back, where the boats were passing by, walking past a little tiki hut, and then heading up the stairs. Once we got upstairs, it was a fairly small space with a decent-sized bar. It definitely gave me more of a local hangout vibe than a touristy spot, which I actually liked. Our waitress was super nice, and we had a great little corner spot with some really nice views. The menu had a pretty good selection, but we were just looking for a small appetizer to share. We decided on the 10 wings, but couldn't decide which sauce to get. Thankfully, our waitress told us we could split them, so we did half Thai chili and half buffalo. She said they would toss each half in its own sauce, which sounded perfect. Unfortunately, when the wings came out, I could barely tell which ones were supposed to be Thai chili and which were buffalo. It honestly looked like they had run out of sauce and just used whatever tiny amount was left in the container. I have NEVER received wings with so little sauce before! Usually, when you get sauced wings, you can actually see the sauce coating them and maybe even a little bit of it dripping off. These were basically dry with a light glaze of sauce. We both had a side of ranch with our wings, but it just felt like it was overpowering the little sauce that was covered with the wings. I could've said something, but my nephew didn't want to make a big deal about it, so we just ate them. To be fair, the wings themselves were good, but why serve wings with the absolute bare minimum of sauce? Next time, I'd definitely ask for EXTRA sauce and probably get some on the side. I prefer my wings well coated--I want more than a tablespoon of sauce for 10 wings! Overall, I liked the atmosphere, our waitress was great, and the location had some really nice views. The wings just needed WAY more sauce!

We arrived right at sunset, and the view alone was worth the trip--golden skies, boats drifting by, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. The crab cakes were excellent--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor. The poppers were just as good, with a great crunch and bold taste. Everything came out fresh and well-prepared. Drinks were cold and refreshing, perfect for enjoying while watching the sunset over the water. What really adds to the experience is the live entertainment. On weekends, they have bands playing that bring that laid-back, Florida-chilled atmosphere to life without overwhelming the vibe. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience even better. This is more than just a place to eat--it's a full waterfront dining experience. Great food, great views, live music, and a true Florida feel.
