It is for me. I will usually tip even at lunch 25% for good service but when the management is forcing me to pay 18%, whether the service is good or not, then that's what I'm going to pay. Management is not doing their wait staff any favors. I took a star off for that. As far as the food, I was pleasantly surprised. I had fried green tomatoes and the fish and chips. My niece had a smash burger. She says hers was excellent. The fried green tomatoes were literally the best I've ever had. Which is saying a lot because I love this appetizer and will usually order it in any southern restaurant. The fish and chips were also good but not great. The fish was tender, and the breading was crispy and not too soggy, but it was not perfectly crispy. The french fries were lacking in flavor and chewy. But basically the food was good and the service was satisfactory but not great. But I will be back to try other items on the menu -/ if you're setting the bar for an 18% tip then that saves the customers a lot of money when they would usually do 25 to 30%. When I see this in a restaurant, it tells me that the management does not want to dip in their profits to give their employees health insurance, but depends on the customer to do it for them.

We both had a side of ranch with our wings, but it just felt like it was overpowering the little sauce that was covered with the wings. I could've said something, but my nephew didn't want to make a big deal about it, so we just ate them. To be fair, the wings themselves were good, but why serve wings with the absolute bare minimum of sauce? Next time, I'd definitely ask for EXTRA sauce and probably get some on the side. I prefer my wings well coated--I want more than a tablespoon of sauce for 10 wings! Overall, I liked the atmosphere, our waitress was great, and the location had some really nice views.
