At first, i noticed…read morethat the person doing my friends' nail's was so sweet, so i had nothing to worry about, until the lady doing my nails came. As she started to do my nails, she would pull my hand aggressively, and as she was cutting my nails down to size, the lady hadn't even asked me for how long i wanted my nail to be - she just cut my nail off; they were waaay shorter than i wanted them. The lady then proceeded to shape my nails into a sharp triangle, but that was not even close to what i wanted, but I didn't want to upset the lady. When she moved on to the nail polish, the lady chose colors for me with out even asking for my opinion on them. The white french tips were okay, a few were lopsided though. The pink, on the other hand, was absolutely atrocious. The final result was not was I was hoping for, and I do not recommend this nail bar. (P.S. when I came to pay, the lady up front said that they charge extra for using debit, and took a tip for herself!)

They also have free street parking just around the corner in the neighbourhood if you're worried about paid parking. I'm also really happy with how much attention to detail they put into their work. I usually see Liz for my lashes, she is meticulous in getting them as perfect and natural looking as possible. I've gotten so many compliments on my lashes, people always ask "are they real?". Also I just got my brows done by Esther recently and I don't know why i didn't do these years ago! Now I literally just get out of bed and go out - no need for makeup (seriously i dont wear makeup anymore it's crazy!). Both these ladies were super thorough on the aftercare process for my brows and lashes so i could get the best results, I feel soooooo good being pampered by these wonderful ladies! If you are a lash or brow virgin, this is definitely the place to have your "first" and if you're a lash and brow veteran, you really need to try this place out!

When I arrived for my appointment, Esther met me at the door with a mask, I was required to sanitize my hands at the door, and proceeded into the service room. It was extremely clean and I felt very safe. They also took down my information for Covid-19 purposes. I was very impressed by my service and absolutely loved my brow wax and tint appointment. They are located in Bloor West Village which is convenient for post appointment groceries, errands and close to the subway. I highly recommend checking them out and booking an appointment on their website.

This same reception said Chelsea was unavailable but she'd let Chelsea know to call me back, except that she NEVER told Chelsea of my message. So, after a few hours I called back again and finally got a hold of Chelsea. She was pleasant and took the time to listen to what transpired. She offered what I believe was a sincere apology and a reasonable solution for future appointments. I appreciate all her efforts and would consider returning because of her. I would recommend being mindful about calling in and who you speak to. Based on my experience, it seems with the girl in the front - she's got nobody home.

While a man was minding his own business walking by they just lost it. Came up to him screaming in his face then started screaming for help while he continued to stand there doing nothing wrong. Fortunately he was filming so she couldn't try to get him in legal trouble with her weird and false allegations. She then tried enlist some of the men nearby to help her, continuing to lie and claim that the man was bothering her. I would steer clear of this place, not just avoiding using their services but it would be best to cross the street and avoid being near it entirely!

I felt that the technicians cut off too much of the skin, immediately I felt the burn of alcohol on my skin. I understand not getting the polish on the skin or too close to the skin but viewing from above The sides of my nails were not painted properly. It looked quite bad. My friend felt the same and hers already chipped at the top of the nail after 2 days. All in all The technicians were very nice and it was good customer service but the experience was lack lustre.
