Ordered a 3-piece meal with adobo rice, fries, and gravy, and a spicy chicken sandwich. All food came out hot and fresh. The chicken is juicy and delicious. The spicy sandwich is comparable to Popeyes Spicy chicken sandwich. I love the gravy. Only complaint is I wish their AC was stronger. It'd be more enjoyable to dine in if it's not so hot indoors.

Delicious fresh fried chicken with an amazing gravy sauce to dip your chicken in. I really enjoyed the quality of the spaghetti. Service was great. Can't complain. It was very clean inside.

I stopped by this spot for lunch since we were in the area. The place was fairly big with some seating. The menu isn't that extensive. The staff were ok. I ordered the spaghetti with a piece of chicken meal. My mother was with me and didn't look too enthused about anything on the menu but decided to try their chicken tenders. I wasn't a big fan of the spaghetti that had hot dog pieces in it and it was a bit sweet. The chicken was okay but not great enough for me to go out my way to try this spot again. lol. My mother on the other hand loved her tenders and said she would buy them again.

I am so pumped that Jollibee finally opened near me! No more long trips to Woodside just to satisfy my Jollibee cravings. I'd been waiting forever for this place to open--it was supposed to open last summer, but there were so many delays. My expectations were high because the Woodside location never disappoints. The restaurant is super clean (probably because it's brand new), and the staff was pretty friendly. I went on a Sunday around 4 or 5 PM, and it was basically empty. I ordered a bucket of regular chicken (no spicy), spaghetti, adobo rice, and fries. The chicken was tender, but the skin wasn't as crispy as I'd hoped. The fries were surprisingly good and not soggy at all! The adobo rice was a bit dry, and while the gravy helped, it made it a little too salty. But let me tell you, their spaghetti never disappoints! I love that hint of sweetness in the sauce--it's definitely my favorite thing on the menu. Next time I visit, I'm definitely trying their pies, and I'll be going for the spicy chicken instead.

Listen. I love Jollibee. Periodt. Chicken, mash, pies... soooo good. Ube pie!! Seasonal item. Freaking bomb! But this location... needs to work out their kinks. It's a MUST DO. Pre-ordered for a 4:30 pick up. Food was not ready on the mobile order area. There was no one to help you figure out where the food is. Waited in line, asked the only working register - food is not ready, please wait. This whole operation is a MESS. It was super chaotic. Not standard of operations - assembly line - streamlined... no one knows what one is doing. The manager is calling out orders - asking someone to make something and the other workers looking around lost. The front is not great either - while trying to pack food or give to the customers... confusion overload. Multiple customers waiting for their orders. Then you have those Grubhub, Uber Eats.. delivery ppl shoving you to see if they have their food. All of this happening in front of all your customers. Just total chaos. Anxiety. I wanted to leave so badly bc it was causing me anxiety watching the confusion and nightmare operation. Anyway, be prepare!

Service was great and the food is definitely fresher than a KFC. I had the chicken sandwich. I wasn't a fan of the bread...it almost looked fake. After I ate it I was super exhausted and fell asleep. My family had the family meal of chicken and enjoyed it. It's a nice place to sit down and eat if you have time. It looked clean and comfy to eat.

It was packed very neatly inside a sealed paperbag. Everything was still nice and warm.

We ordered via Uber Eats from this location. The order was ready for pickup quicker than the estimated time. The driver was friendly, too. We were so excited to dig into our dinner. I know nothing about the atmosphere since it was delivered, but I'm sure it is probably just be bright as their other locations. The pies and drumsticks were delicious, but the chicken thighs and breasts were a little bit dry. It might have been a bad night, because my friends ordered from there before and they said the chicken pieces were juicy. I will give it another try the next time we're craving fried chicken!

I loooovee jollibee! I am so happy I did not have to travel to woodside (queens) or times square (manhattan) to eat the food. I feel so grateful jollibee opened one up in brooklyn! There is a free parking area on the side which was a big bonus! This particular jollibee just recently opened so there was a few things that was not available to order in their menu (ex# the spicy chicken option, the jolly spaghetti, etc). We ordered the bucket w/ 2 sides (adobo rice & french fries). I wish they had an option for the biscuit. The chickens were crispy on the outside & super tendor and savory on the side! I love their chickens very much. The adobo rice especially w/ the gravy was delicious! Love their french fries! Also loooovee their peach mango pie so much! Staff was nice. Food came out fast & was fresh. Decor was nice - bright lights and fun decorations. There was also a good amount of indoor seating. P.S - if you sign up at the jollibee website, you can get a promo code for a free peach mango pie!

I've been waiting for this location to open for a really long time. In was super excited to see that I could pick up dinner while getting some things from Target and Red Ribbon. I walked in, and the staff was pretty friendly, but I noticed the delivery drivers are extremely aggressive and may push past you. They may try even to cut you in line while you're waiting. I ordered my regular 2 piece Chicken joy with mashed potatoes and Pineapple quencher, and it all tastes just as good as the other locations (actually, a little better). The Chicken joy was extra fresh and very crispy. My mom will be glad to know we can pick up her favorite Filipino treats locally on her next visit!

Food: 4/5 As a fried chicken lover / aficionado Jollibee is definitely worth a try. I've tried it at least two times now and am very happy that I did. I'll definitely be back for a third and let's be honest, a forth and fifth. The chicken was fresh, crispy and the flavor is pretty solid as well. Definitely up there in terms of fried chicken chains. The sides shouldn't be slept on. The spaghetti, aptly named Jolly Spaghetti is unique and should be tried at least once. The mac and cheese is solid but alas, make sure you verify the wait time. It's good but not worth more than a 5 minute wait. Service: 2.5/5 Waited 45+ minutes. Yup. The better part of an hour was spent in the restaurant wondering when I would get to eat. The bottleneck was the Mac 'n Cheese. During this 45 minute wait, there was no communication as to the delay. When I finally went up to ask for an ETA, the dude said it was ready a couple of minutes ago but forgot to buzz our pager. Not cool. Ambiance: 4/5 It's new, clean and bright. The newish isn't the major contributing factor to the cleanliness. The staff were religiously cleaning, sweeping, mopping, etc. the entire time I was there ... and I was there for a while. Like 45 minutes a while. Do I sound a bit bitter? But yeah, nice spot. Good enough to dine-in and enjoy the fresh grub.

Friendly waitress greeted us and sat us immediately. Menu's came out and they recommended a pizza and burger. We agreed and ordered. Place started to pick up and get busy immediately after we ordered. Food came out pretty quickly. We each had a burger. Not a lot of options on the menu but we all tried the emily burger. It was worth it. Think, juicy and with an amazingly unique taste. The ingredients were high quality, the burger cooked to perfection. The table also split the modern pizza (I think). Not sure what to expect from this one but turns out it was perfect, unique and delicious. The cheese taste really shined through. Overall, we were super happy with the food here. Both restaurants have been in business for well over half a century with well-deserved accolades. Despite having grown up in Brooklyn, I hadn't been to either before this year. I read reviews and actually asked ChatGPT what to order at R-N-R. We went with its suggestion: medium roast beef with cheese, onion rings, root beer and lemonade. My sandwich was more well-done than requested. They don't offer 'rare'. The few bites with red meat were infinitely better than the rest of the sandwich. The roll, as everyone points out, is baked in house. Though light and puffy, it didn't outweigh overdone beef. Onion rings were great, root beer average, and lemonade -- per my husband who loves lemonade -- excellent. While I wouldn't balk about returning, my vote goes to Brennan and Carr, though truly, when cooked as requested there is no substantial difference. If you take the train, get off at Sheepshead Bay Road and head south. Turn left at Emmons Avenue and keep walking. Twenty minutes all told.

I ordered: * Truffle Maker ($11.59) * Truffle Parmesan Fries ($6.50) * Chicken Bites with BBQ sauce ($8.05) * Large Yuzu Honey Lemonade ($4.00) Truffle maker was pretty good and I was glad I was able to remove the caramelized onions and truffle aioli (I'm picky). The bun is soft and sweet and the burger has a good amount of sautéed mushrooms. Truffle Parmesan fries were pretty standard, but still very good. Yuzu honey lemonade has bits of citrus at the bottom of the drink and it was refreshing. I saved the chicken bites hours later and it was still pretty crispy after being microwave. Texture was reminiscent of Taiwanese popcorn chicken, nicely seasoned. Overall had a pleasant experience, I definitely want to return and try the rest of their menu.

Not all restaurants have restrooms that are made available to customers. That is an A+ in my book. Food 10/10 I ordered Hous Burger (hold the onions. Don't at me) it was pretty good. The taste of their burgers is different from most of the burger places I have tried before. I have also ordered Yuzu Honey Lemonade. I was trying to taste the honey in the lemonade. I guess I was expecting too much. The drink was refreshing. I may try the Matcha Yuzu Lemonade next. I met a gentleman who goes by the name Ten P aka 10pushups on IG. He recommended that I try his cola shake. That is what I got, plus the whipped cream. I was honestly looking for the taste of Coca-Cola because Cola is in the name. Regardless of what I expected, the shake was pretty good. I am not a shake person, so when he asked me to try it, I made an exception. Overall: I plan on coming back to Bun Haus. This was good eats.

The service is impeccable, the wait staff is well versed in the menu and will offer help if you don't know how to truly get the best sandwich that you can. I prefer what they call a "knife and fork job" where the sandwich, the meat the bread is all dunked and comes out in a river of au jus. Curious about the "famous" Brooklyn roast beef war -- yeah! it's a thing! -- T and I decided to see for ourselves. (Once I try the competition I'll weigh in with my vote.) With a reputation built on beef we ignored other options and researched how to order. You can get double dip, "dingle-dangle" (don't ask), cheese/no cheese ... it was confusing. We both went with rare roast beef, cheese and onions. T asked for his double-dipped in gravy. Yum! Short of five stars, but yum nonetheless. We ordered two unhealthy sides which added to the decadence of our lunch: corn fritters and onion rings. If you only get one, go with the fritters. The place is busy. I already knew I wanted the double cheeseburger with bacon and egg, so it didn't take me long to place my order. I definitely enjoyed sitting at the bar because the restaurant has an open-kitchen concept. You can watch the chefs prepare the food, which is always enjoyable for me. The burger itself was definitely an experience! It was beautifully presented, and everything was cooked to perfection. Honorable mention goes to the pepper on the thick-cut bacon- it added a nice savory kick to the burger. I had really been looking forward to trying it because I recently passed by Au Cheval in Chicago, but the wait was extremely long, so I didn't get the chance to go. This burger was definitely good. It's not at the top of my list, but it was worth the experience. I must say, it's also extremely high-end price-wise. For just the burger with bacon and egg, plus tax and tip, I paid about $47. Again, it was a treat, but not necessarily one I'd order again. I'd love to try some of the city's other standout burgers before returning for this one. Would I recommend it? Absolutely! Would I return? Sure, but I would probably try something other than the burger next time.
