This is a real communication problem in that office that needs to be addressed. The office manager then told me that my refund was being processed, which I accepted while wondering why she did not offer me the option of just rescheduling the appointment. Two days later, I received a call from Danny who was now back in the office and he apologized for the snafu. I asked him if I still had the option to pick a new date for the exam. He said of course and I accepted the offer. I am grateful that we were able to work this out because that is all I wanted in the first place. Horrible,Horrible, service and finding out that the hardware they used is old and outdated hardware…read morethey charge you thousands of dollars for outdated hardware.my wife's temporary teeth chipped instead of fixing and replacing their work with out cost we had to pay 400 dollars for them to grind that tooth down , they didn't replace their defective work ,every visit to correct any of their defective work will cost you .
