What went well? Everything! I had visited 5 dentists to have the all on six procedure done for just the upper arch. I was very nervous about getting this done. Fear of the unknown. From day one I was told one thing but Dr. Aparicio did the opposite. I paid high dollar for teeth using all 6 of my implants but in the end he only used 3 and never told me. My left side has never fit and I cannot use that side at all. He made the teeth bigger than my mouth can hold which I continually bite myself and in constant pain. I approved the teeth I wanted and was given something totally different and then told I would have to pay an extra $10,000 if I want something different. He has totally ruined my mouth and it's clear he's all about the money and not patient care and well-being. Don't become a victim like me. I had all the implants already when I went in which he said they were all good to use but he chose to only attach to a few. That alone just for teeth was $18,000+ read more

I went in to get implants for two front teeth and cap the ones next to them. They were set with large gaps and it was right before the pandemic. The 2 front teeth look like one tooth. I hate my smile, when I went back, Dr Aparacio picked around mouth after he asked me not to tell anyone if I had a problem. Then he said I needed braces. The teeth are separated and gaps are visible. I would not recommend this dentist for cosmetic services. I paid 7k and I'm not happy. Don't go there. read more

The quality of the service degraded over the years. I have been a patient since almost day 1 in Westheimer facility. Stellar service then, extremely poor now. Starting from the girl answering the phone like she couldn't care less and ending to the fact that my teeth cleaning has been canceled at the last moment (same day) 3 times this year to the point that now I decided to say good bye and find something else. And btw, after 2 failed tentative for an implant that I have paid in advance and never had. read more

First of all the price was very good compared to others as my insurance doesn't cover the implant. Dr. A is very efficient but not as personable as he is busy going from room to room. It normally takes 3 visits to complete the whole procedure and my tooth being a molar- no temporary crown was made. The first visit he did the bone graft and implant. My gum grew over the implant post and because there was no temporary crown my gums had to be cut during the 2nd visit. The mold for the crown was made during this visit. The 3rd visit placed the crown on the implant/abutment. This is when it really hurt. It hurt for 2 days and the gums were blanched white from the pressure. 4 days later the crown loosened as appears the abutment screw came loose. Today, the screw was replaced. Dennis who did the 3rd and 4th visit was very good and explained everything really well. I will say that although the price is very good, I won't go back (unless this crown malfunctions again) to see Dr. A as he goes very quickly, no temporary crown, had to cut gums, malfunctioned screw, and very painful. read more

Horrible. We has made a plan years in advance. When the day and time finally got closer I did one more consultation and paid over 17k then the day was a month later. I was to come on anxiety medications and it would help alleviate any stress related to the procedure. However, when the procedure was about to start the dr came in and changed the whole plan, that day and explained it to me while I was already on medication. I asked why can't we do what we planned.... I kept getting the answer he wanted "to be conservative." I said I wanted to do what we planned and he said don't worry your gonna look beautiful. By this point I'm going in and out of sleepiness then I wake up mid surgery and sadly I feel anxious and need to stop I sit up a little and they say that I am fine. I tell them this doesn't feel like what we talked about. I tell them I wanted all my teeth done I wanted all on 4's/all on 6's.They said this is gonna be even better your doing great just lay down and keep your mouth open. they kept treating me like I was dislussional which I was not. I was quietude and very dressy from the medicine. Need less to say I came out bawling my eyes out. The dr pulled like 2 teeth not even all the ones that were causing me pain and I wanted to never have to deal with teeth issues on the top part of my mouth again. It has been two many years and too much money spend every few years doing patch work. I should have been getting all on 4 and had already paid them over 17k. I was told I would go home with a temporary bridge of new teeth that would be customized more over time and after a few more visits but no this visit I went home with gauze in my mouth a few missing teeth and post put in no teeth where they were removed and bloody holes in my mouth. all the rest if the teeth I wanted pulled where still there and causing me pain still. During surgery I told them to stop. I was feeling anxious and told them I want to make sure we are doing what we planned. He said your okay your okay your doing great just lay down. Not what I asked and not how I felt I felt like it was all wrong. This was something I planed and saved for for over 5 years. I'm so so disappointed and hurt and can't believe I was led to believe I was making the treatment plan choice when the dr just over stepped and did what he wanted not what ,I wanted. And not even for my safety or for health reason that were even given to me he just felt like taking a different route all of a sudden like making changes!!!!!!!FML and FUCK YOU for not taking better care of your patients and making them feel like what they want and paid for didn't matter! read more

Staff is awesome, Dr. Aparicio is very good and knows his stuff.(cute and funny too! As a matter of fact when I went to his website I thought the picture of the dentist was a model.....nope it's the Dr.) I had an implant and was expecting a lot of pain with the insertion of the pin/screw into my jaw bone........ the worst part was the shot. Not what follows.(not going into that)! When I was waiting for my prescription at the store, my mouth started to hurt and I thought, "Oh this isn't going to be good!" Took a Motrin and that was it! No more pain. Went back for the actual implant no issues, no pain, I have had it now for about 3 maybe 4 months and it's great, if you didn't know I had the work done you wouldn't be able to tell! 10 stars for this man and his staff! read more

I was referred to Dr. Aparicio by a friend and I was pleasantly surprised. His office is very nice as well as his staff. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job. I was having some pain when eating and instead of telling me I need to have a crown done, like my precious dentist, he adjusted my bite and it resolved the issue. My husband discover this great Dentist as he was having so many issues with his upper false teeth and was tired of paying Westwood Dental to fix them 3 times, and they originally made them, He discovered Dr Apalicioe and he was very pleased with what Dr Apalicio did for him no more problems with his uppers. I made an appointment Quality Dental as I was having issues with my upper teeth and crowns. After X-rays Dr Apalicio explained what he would do to correct my problem. I never experience any pain during the teeth removal nor when installing temporaries or when temps were removed and permanents were installed. I was able to eat well with my temps. although I was informed to stay on soft food. I cheated eating corn chips and they held up very well. I was so impressed with Dr Apalicio and his staff. He listens to you and will take his time to discuss your problem advising what is needed. I have implants now and I am very happy with the work done by Dr Apalicio and his assistant. Don't hesitate go to Dr Apalicio you will not have any regrets. And Ladies there's one great PERK going to Dr Apalicio he's a handsome young man lol....if there was 10 rating I would give him this.
