Let me say this: If I could give them no stars I would because this is the most UNPROFESSIONAL & UNSANITARY company I've ever encountered. I ordered a waterslide from them with a coupon deal to get: -cotton candy -10 chairs -2 tables, -sno-cone machine and we were to have it from Friday July 15th to that following Monday Now this was for my daughter's 1ST birthday party, so I was super excited. From the time I ordered until the day before the drop off date, I was in consistent contact with the company. A woman called to confirm the party order/ details which was good. That's how they get you. The day that the stuff was to be dropped off they showed up 3 hours late. they only take cash because they don't like doing refunds and they won't give you your change back. Everything they brought was filthy as if it was at someone else's home already. They didn't bring the snow cone machine, so we had to wait until the next day. They also left the water connector for the waterslide so we couldn't use the slide until Saturday afternoon when they arrived after I had already told them the party was Saturday afternoon. I sent pictures to the woman I was in contact in. She did not respond and when she finally did, she told me I would not be able to get a refund. This company advertises for FULLY SANITIZED products and IT'S A LIE. PLEEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. THEY WILL HAVE YOU SICK. The company should take extra care being that they sell products for children, and they don't. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY ANBD LEAVE YOU WITH A MESS. We never got to use the cotton candy machine because they didn't bring all the items needed for it; they brough an already open cotton candy powder and we had to let them know that's unsanitary. LASTLY, after not giving the change back from the money spent, NO REFUND, AND THE CONSTANT UNPROFFESSIONALISM, the woman in customer service (I believe she in the manager/ owner, but she likes to play like she has no idea what's going on) tried to pacify me with attempting to give me another day for free with the bounce house. That extra day turned into a week because my rental was July 15th and yesterday (July 24th) was when they finally came to pick up their equipment. This was unprofessional because you're storing your products at someone's house free of charge instead of picking it up. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER SHOP WITH JOLLY J'S AGAIN AND I PRAY OTHERS SEE MY POST AND TAKE HEED.... THEY ARE INCONSIDERATE THIEVES WHO WILL WASTE YOU TIME SND TAKE YOUR MONEY. read more

This is my second time using them. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen no one answers the phones and no try to help you. They set up the bounce house and left it. When we finally went to set it up it was dirty full of ants and would not hold enough air. The bounce had no bounce. When I finally reached someone they were rude and didn't care to hear concerns and tried to imply that I damaged the bounce house. Never ever again will I use this company. Had a reservation to be dropped off Friday and picked up Monday. Never heard from them although I received the confirmation. When u call the number the cell phone goes straight to voicemail. Definitely have a back up plan if you take the risk and try calling the number before you even book. read more

I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. We booked and had SEVERAL confirmations for our order that was for our sons FIRST BIRTHDAY.....we were told it would be dropped off Fri and picked up on Sun. Well, Saturday 2 hours before our son's party we had no water slide, no tables, no chairs, & 60 people on their way to his party. I called SEVERAL times - was sent to VM, I sent SEVERAL text messages that were "read" but never replied to. Here we are 2 days later and still not a word from this sorry excuse for a "professional company".......Absolutely disgusted that they would do this to anyone! I rented the toy story bounce house for my twins birthday party. It was dropped off and set up at my house on Friday. They left and it was FILTHY. It was covered in ants and baby spiders. There were crushed up Doritos, candy wrappers, fruit snack wrappers and gunk all over the inside of it. When I called to voice my concern they just told me to sweep it out and that the ants don't bite. It was absolutely disgusting. I called 4 times after that for them to come up either replace it with a different bounce house or give me my money back and no one returned any of my calls or messages. Emailed my concerns and no response. No one returned my phone call until after they had picked it up on Monday and still wasn't able to speak to anyone. I had to clean up what I could and get a shop vac to clean up the mess the people before me left and it still wouldn't take care of them problem. They do not take care of their equipment and do not clean them before dropping them off at the next event. Extremely disappointed in the bounce house I was rented and will never rent from here again. Loved Loved Loved! They have amazing customer service and the people of the company have so much respect for their clients. I rented a bounce house last weekend with them and all I got was amazing service. They delivered on time and the bounce houses were all cleaned up ready to go. They set up everything for my party and it was all ready to go the day of. I love there amazing deals as well. I ordered tables and chairs with my bounce house and got a discount on everything most bounce house company's that I have interacted with never have done this for me so I found this very exciting. My kids had the most amazing time and I will definitely be ordering them for the rest of my parties! read more

I would never recommend Jolly J's, if there was an option for negative stars that's is where they would rank. I booked a bounce house with them two weeks in advanced. When I made the reservation online, my area wasn't an option so I texted the number and they said that they do service my area and would make the necessary changes. I booked it for a Sunday, but again since I had booked it two weeks prior, something told me to text and confirm we were still all good. I texted Wednesday to confirm with no response and again on Thursday with no response from the owner. I checked their reviews on Yelp since they have none on Google, and I saw three 1-star reviews right off the bat saying they were a no call no show and ruined their party. I immediately emailed and texted again to cancel my reservation since I haven't heard back. They then called me Friday afternoon stating they were 30 minutes from my home. For what?? I explained that my party was Sunday, as I told him when I booked it online and texted initially to make sure they serviced my area. His response was "Oh, yeah I don't work on Sundays, only Monday through Friday." Seriously??? Why confirm the appointment? Who runs a business like this? Let me start by saying this is the second time I used their services and this WILL BE MY LAST. My husband and I threw a party for our kids on July 26 2015 we rented a bounce house , Inflatable tent , generator , tables and chairs from Jolly's. They dropped off on a Friday(party was on Sunday) did not test ANY of the equipment before leaving when asked if the generator had gas they told us "they just drop off stuff, we rent as is" whatever that meant. Thank goodness my husband new how to set everything up from the last time we used the equipment. Day of the party we start to set up at 11:30am for our 70 person event that started at 1pm. My husband starts the generator and it doesn't give enough power to inflate both bounce house and tent. After many failed attempts we call jollys for support with no response. When I finally did get a hold of some one (Jeremy) I let him know what happened and all he could tell me was I could go to Home Depot and rent a generator. NO ONE had a generator that would run that type of power so we were reduced purchasing LONG extension cords and running one from our home and thankfully one from our neighbors home. They managed to turn what should have been an epic party into an epic failure. To add insult to injury they are stating that they will not refund the money for their useless generator. Thanks for nothing jolly j's. If your looking for a company who knows how to give great service try JUMPFORFUN they provided our 15ft water slide for this event and we had ZERO ISSUES ! read more
