I have rarely, if ever, run into an insurance company (its owner and the employees) that has exhibited such a remarkable atmosphere of quality (both in business and in downright sincere responsiveness). A friend of mine was in need of an insurance policy for her business to meet the requirements of a contract she was awarded. Not only did this agency understand exactly what was needed and the rules of the business required in the particular locale, they also had the resources to be able to speak the various languages necessary for clients such as my friend. The staff is quite friendly, knowledgeable and above all else they bend over backward to make sure that they fulfill the client's needs. The owner (who is very approachable) followed up to make sure that the assistant assigned (Annie) explained the options thoroughly - although that was not a necessity since Annie was extremely experienced. My experience with this business was remarkable (despite the anxiety I thought we would have to go through due to the timeframe). Reviewing Home policy changes was able to understand aspects of property protection, as well as modify a couple components, resulting in increased coverage for water backup damage at no additional cost.
