I trained with Jon for four months and within just those four months I saw an immense change in my body. I had never trained with a fitness trainer before and had no basic foundation. Jon is the best! I was hesitant to spend the money on a trainer but decided to bite the bullet after an initial phone call and meeting. Jon was amazing to work with right from the start. I have a herniated disc in my neck that I get very nervous about but Jon is really well informed about injuries and just body issues in general. I started with Jon Linchitz barely 8 weeks ago and I am super impressed at the way his strength training program has taken me from barely able to complete a 10 lb set of Goblet squats to doing a set of 65 lb back squats, in only 16 sessions, among many other progressive weight exercises.
