This is a lesson in "don't judge a book by its cover". Big time. I had never been here before and kept passing it while driving around Jupiter, and decided to give it a shot. The Triple Deli Classic (cold sandwich) and Steak Bomb (hot sandwich) were incredible! Specifically, I was impressed by the quality of meat in both sandwiches, ingredients like the mayo and how even the steak bomb was fresh, and not greasy at all. The fries are never frozen and made to order and were lightly seasoned. Fantastic and surprisingly addictive shoe strings.... These fries are my new guilty pleasure. The wonderful chef and lady who took my order were very nice and fast, but some of the other staff looked pretty tired and not really interested to be there. I also was not really a fan of the neon green walls, and the other visitors in the restaurant were an even split of wealthy Jupiter families and younger teenagers messing around. For the quality of the food, I'd say give it a try! If going in person is not your style, get it delivered; it's still incredibly fresh!! read more

Came here to try the Steak Bomb sandwich after seeing an on line review. It didn't disappoint. Freshly thinly sliced steak with onions, peppers, mushrooms, provolone and bacon on a soft freshly made roll. Really really good. They do get busy around lunch time so be prepared to wait, but worth it. read more

Edit: I WAS at the JUPITER LOCATION...... Who said anything about WEST PALM????First time getting food from this location and not very happy. I ordered the whole steak bomber and a whole Italian cold cuts sub. The Italian is supposed to have salami, smoked ham, pepperoni, capicola, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, oregano and mayo. Well, the salami and the capicola were missing, it also had no tomato on it and was so loaded with mayonnaise that it was impossible to eat. So that wound up in the garbage. The steak bomb is supposed to have steak, onions, peppers, mushrooms, bacon, tomato, provolone, and mayo. It had steak, but not very much, onions, minimal peppers, no mushroom, no bacon, no tomato. It had the provolone and with slathered with mayonnaise. I also ordered large fries which were ice cold. Don't think I'll be going back here. The office was trying to figure out places in the area to order and so I just took it upon myself to order a couple sandwiches and some fries and it was definitely a fail. read more

Food was amazing. You have to get a tuna sub if you want a cold one or a steak bomb for a hot sub. I would recommend to everyone. Today there was a crazy lady typical Karen that gave the staff a hard time and trashed the place after leaving. The staff handle the situation well. Trash raw bacon cold slimy fries, the sandwich was not even edible. Only in Jupiter can you fuck up a steak bomb and small fry. The cook at this place must be mentally challenged or something cause my god, this place is terrible and I never have these problems at anything other location. Jupiter is terrible no matter what restaurant it is, something in the water maybe because this town has the worst of everything when it come to food and services, better of making my own food at home instead of paying $21 for unedited trash I wouldn't feed to a dog. Had to find a safe lunch spots and after thinking it through I picked JSS. A little higher end fast food joint and I as right. I got a 6" steak sub and a large drink and it was good. The staff was great and kept me safe and the place was very clean. If they only put a bit more meat and cheese on the sub it would be golden. We have been waiting to stop by here forever. They always get voted best fries, but we did not agree. The place is very chill, but the food was just not great. We are a family of four and none of us really liked our subs. The bread wasn't soft or hard, the meat was light and low quality and the toppings were nothing to write home about. This was my sandwich the other day. I got back to work and discovered that I only had half a sandwich. So I came in the following day and showed them the picture and explained that I was super bummed and simply asked that they give me a whole sandwich this time. The girl who was at the register was lovely and I think wanted to help and felt bad, but the manager was rude and first accused me of scraping out the filling and then when I called him on that being nonsense tried to tell me that it was obviously the correct portion but they did not spread it out and they would not remake it because I did not 'return' the sandwich?! This is super sad because this location used to be the best John Smith's but this is just the latest in a long line of incidents and I was eating here once a week or so.
