Since I've started going to SKN I've had a few different facials and have made the gradual switch to using most of their facial products line. The facials immediately made my skin feel so much better, moisturized and smooth. I enjoy the calming and peacefulness of the treatment rooms and the professionalism of the staff. I'm sure they're all great but Danielle is my favourite; so knowledgeable, professional, kind and really listens to try and figure out what is best for you. She was able to diagnose and start treating the part of my facial skin I disliked the most right away (melasma discolored skin due to sun/hormones). I am genuinely happy with my skin now. The goal in my mind when I went there was to eventually feel comfortable going without makeup on any given day - mission accomplished! It's no longer something I think about besides when I'm using my products and feeling thankful for them and the hard work they do. I should note one of the things that impressed me the most about SKN was the lack of pressure to buy products. During facials they inquire as to what you use on your skin and appear to try to work with what you've got but suggest a few small changes. I also left my first facial with several samples, which was very helpful as I could see if it was a routine that worked for me (it totally did, very easy). I've also tried their laser hair removal and highly recommend it, minimally painful and again, professional and thorough. Given the quality of the technicians, space, products, service and overall experience I find that their prices are reasonable. They also have an online product store now (pick up or have it delivered) and they seem to have monthly specials on products and services. I am extremely disappointed with the Ultherapy treatment. It made no noticeable difference, and I observed no improvement at all. When clients mention that they do not see results, the staff only suggests purchasing another treatment or trying a different service. It seems their focus is solely on making money rather than genuinely caring about their customers.

I was having excess underarm sweat and couldn't wear gray t-shirt, but I have not problem to wear it today! The worst downtime was only first 3-4 days for me so I went back to work a week after the treatment. I was supposed to go back to the clinic to check if I should do 2nd Miradry but because of Covid-19, I needed to go to my home country to stay with my family so I haven't been able to go back there Also, Dr.Kumar did Botox injections for my jaw. The procedure took only 1min and the pain was not that bad. I got 50units of Botox but the result was not big change so I will get little bit more for next time! It started with booking a consult and the front desk gals where very friendly and accomodating in getting me back to back appointments with both Dr.'s, on the same day. I was nervous to be there... but everyone made me feel so comfortable and ZERO judgment was given! I was so excited by the end of the lip consultation that I went for it right then and there! Dr. Frances Jang was incredible! I was very impressed with her obvious skill level and she noticed things about my face right away that only I have ever seen as an annoyance, like how one of my eyebrows always arches when I speak but the other one dosen't! So not only did I walk out of there with beautifully proportioned lips but also a ton more of self confidence. :) My consultation with Dr. Nick Carr was not much different. For starters he is a man! lol.. But I have never honestly felt more comfortable in an un-comfortable moment, in my life. He is lovely, professional and well decorated in awards for his work. The whole process was done with grace. I first met with a female Dr. and I am embarrassed to have forgotten her name, because she is probably the main reason I found the courage to go through with the surgery. She made me feel so comfortable by being very positive, excited for me, sincere and information was delivered with great confidence. I knew I was in good hands! I booked my surgery date that day!! :) So as I sit here and write this, I am actually 6 days post-Op!! and couldn't be happier. I am still swollen and bruised so I can't speak to the end result but I can tell they will be good!! I thought I would have more bruises and scars on my body and breasts then I do and can't believe how incredible the body is at healing itself!! There are alot of meds that are perscibed to help you recover and it is important that they be organized and taken properly which basically means, every 2 hours for the first few days. My friend came up with a ziplock bag system with the times written on them. Brilliant! Buy some night gowns with buttons (a must have!) tons of books and wipe your slate clean for 1 week. :)
