Told them I'm canceling my appointment because they can't keep up with their appointment times and that I would talk to my doctor about seeing a different pulmonologist. Someone from there called me after I left and told me they had a 5:15pm appointment with no wait time. That's probably the time they would have called me in if I would have waited. And I told her the same thing. I'll talk to my doctor about going to a place more professional, that doesn't overbook for the money. Stay away from this whole in the wall office. Terrible!!!
