We were traveling through and decided to have dinner. We ordered a Greek Pizza 12" pizza for $18.00 it was ok nothing to write home about. We also order the smash burger w/onion rings which were ice cold. Our waitress took the onion rings back and stated they will cook another batch which when we received were so greasy. Not very impressed after paying $18.00 for burger and greasy onion rings. Also that evening it wasn't busy at all. Needless to say we wont be going back ...... read more

Nice place to vibe for the night. The food was good, service was QUICK & everyone was pleasant Kimberlin was our waitress and she did a great job! She made good suggestions and was sincere. I appreciate her for that. The Italian bake (meatballs) phenomenal. It's in a vodka sauce & it's so yummy! Alex came and checked on us and he was great as well. As a team, great job everybody! The guys that brought out our plates were the BEST!!!!!! Kudos to them! Birthday celebration for the grandfather. I chose this restaurant because they have an option for anyone. This restaurant offers steaks, seafood, pasta, tacos and pizza. Literally, you can find anything that you want here and it's good food. Everyone's order was satisfactory and it made for an enjoyable lunch for all. For a late night bite it was nice Jonathan's was open. We ran into this sports bar while on a road trip and it is surprisingly a better than average sports bar. My bf and I sat outside as it was a warm Thursday night and luckily there were plenty of TVs out there to catch the football games. There is also corn hole as featured in the pics. Our server was quick and attentive. We ordered burgers and they were hefty. The price for it all was also surprisingly low. I would definitely stop here again. Side note: there was a car meet in the parking lot with lots of loud noise. It didn't bother us but you can tell this is a place locals like to hangout at. read more

We stopped by Jonathan's Grill on Christmas Eve about an hour before closing and had a great experience. Cassidy was our server, and she was absolutely wonderful, attentive, and welcoming. She was especially awesome about us having our dogs with us on the outside adult-side patio, which we really appreciated. Even though the inside looked much busier, we loved the more low-key, relaxed vibe on the patio. It was nice to enjoy our meal without a lot going on around us. When we did peek inside, the Christmas decorations were super cute and festive. Big thanks to Cassidy and the entire crew for working on Christmas Eve and still being so friendly and upbeat. It definitely didn't go unnoticed, and it made our night even better. We'll be back! read more

Ordered a beer that was supposed to come with lime and got no lime. Then we ordered slider appetizer with au jus and 2 main entres with salads. We received one of the salad and entre before the appetizers. Then we had to ask for the second salad. We had to ask for our appetizers. When the appetizer came it didn't have the au jus. We had to ask for it too. Asked to speak to the manager and he apologized and agreed to knock a little off. Of the bill. It was very little. Food was fast and everything tasted good except the sandwich. I think it was prime rib but I can't remember (no flavor at all), the experience completely overshadowed the meal. She's got this hilarious personality that had me laughing the whole time, and her fiery red hair suits her perfectly--matches the spark she brings to the table. "4" stars easy, I never hardly give out 5's but this place for us was oh so close. It's only been open one week (today is day #7) so they are out of a few things. We sat in the bar, and were greeted quickly. Food was good, I had a Burger, she had a bowl. We shared pretzel appetizer. It is open seating in this area, tables too. Happy hour specials are some of the best in the city, couple that with late night hours (open late) really makes this place a great edition to Jackson. Hoping to come back when less busy. read more

The service from Alyssa was poor, we were left sitting until we went and asked to have a her visit our table. We placed our drink order and the she didn't return until we asked for someone to place our order. We placed our order and it took quite awhile for it to arrive at the table; they were having a staff meeting. Our sister didn't get the salad she ordered. We also placed an order for four pizzas to go. Once we were finished eating, approximately 40 minutes later, a staff member came and told us they couldn't substitute Bleu cheese for the ranch dressing on the pizza due to the inability to track costs and wanted to know if they could substitute. I saw some reviews on Yelp about a new restaurant in Jackson, TN. All I can say is that they were on point. Took my wife and grandkids, everyone was satisfied. The food portions were great and the food came out nice and hot. Plenty of TV's for a sport bar and the service was A-1. Different waitresses asked us if we needed anything on numerous occasions. Day trip to Jackson. Time for lunch. This place looks new and great location. However, this place has some negatives. The staff was friendly, smiling, helpful but you can tell, they just earning a paycheck. Then there was the food. Absolutely nothing to write home about. Wife had a flat bread that hardly had anything on it. I had a chicken Philly. Bread was fresh but I expect more than a sliced grilled chicken breast with melted cheese, onions, and bell pepper. Just no flavor that jumps out at you. That with 2 beers and iced tea was $60?!?!. Yeah, it's a sports bar but you can't have a conversation without yelling. So, take my review for what it's worth. You may like this place and that's fine. Just do t say you weren't warned. read more

After dinner, we stepped out to the empty outside patio where it says "21+ only," just to visit briefly with our grandparents and play a quick game of Connect Four before leaving. We weren't drinking or causing any disruption--just quietly spending time with family. A worker came out and asked if we were all over 21. We were honest and said no, but explained we were just about to leave. Instead of simply reminding us of the rule, she got very snappy and rude, saying, "According to Tennessee state law, you cannot be out here," in a harsh tone. We completely understand rules, but her attitude was unnecessary, especially considering there were no other customers on the patio and we were clearly not there to drink. This same employee had also been rude to my cousin and her boyfriend a few weeks prior. They arrived about an hour before closing, and when the server asked what they wanted, my cousin's boyfriend politely asked for a moment to look over the menu. The server walked off and came back minutes later with, "You need to make a decision now because we close soon," in a very unprofessional tone. We've tried to give this place a fair chance, but the staff's attitude (particularly from this one individual) has made it hard to want to come back. Respect goes both ways, and if customers are being polite, they deserve the same in return. read more

I just had lunch and sit at the bar for quicker service since I have one hour for lunch. Let me start by saying that the bartender was great! The whole bar was packed with almost all tables full. This amazing lady was serving everyone. We patiently waited on our drinks and food because we saw how busy she was. The manager come out several times and offered zero help! She did not even look at the room to determine that her bartender needed help. I have been in management for years and I have never made a post on anything, but this was ridiculous. I understand that management is a lot harder than some think, but if you can't help your staff you have NO NEED to be in management. I suggest making the bartender the manager as she never stopped and kept a smile on her face! read more

My wife and I have been here 5-6 times for supper and I've been with a group of people for lunch and the food and the service have been extremely consistent each time. Every time we've visited the restaurant has always been very clean including the bathrooms. This most definitely will become a regular stop for us. This is a very nice place to be able to sit down, relax, and enjoy a good meal in a large group or just at table for two. The wait staff will not let you down, which just adds to the ability to relax. Nothing on the menu is overpriced either.
