Sorry dude, I was in ur facility for the food and u guys sent me away because there's "nothing u can do,they turned off their fryers, it's out of your hands" then to call me back 30 mins later after I drove to Cook Out and got the food and back to the hotel when u called back. I still want my refund, u should have made it right when the customer is in front of you. Delievery order was $26 for 6 bone in wings with side of onion rings is ridiculous for small town Jackson. But, cost is outrageous and paid it. Order food an hour before they closed. They cancelled my order. I drive up there @ 12:30 because they won't answer their phone. Stopped here to watch some football and glad we did. Brittney was our server and she did a fantastic job. Kept our drinks and food coming with a smile and a positive attitude. Salt and vinegar wings were awesome and Brittney brought us extra spice. Buffalo flat bread on point. The cauliflower wings were tasty and had some bite to them. Good experience. I typically will never leave a one star review, but this is hands-down the worst ever Buffalo wild wings I have ever been to. The wait staff was horrible. I got seated at a dirty table. It was Almost 20 minutes before I got a waitress to my table. I quickly ordered instead of doing an appetizer and then ordering my meal I ordered both at the same time to try to speed things up, when I was done eating, I ended up waiting 15 minutes for the waitress to come back to give me my check. The quality of food just like it all buffalo wild wings was good. It is your standard buffalo wild wings that they have all over the United States but the wait staff is the worst, and they need training, as well as to be taught how to quit hanging with their friends and take care of the other customers Because they are at work it is not social hour. read more

Sat outside where it's quieter. Got a traditional order of Mango, Parmesan, Hot BBQ, and Nashville Hot to share with my boyfriend, which was just enough for me, but he was still hungry afterwards! My favorites were mango and Hot BBQ, but they were all delicious and covered in sauce. The parmesan blew my mind, too. I'd never had wings with that flavor! Make sure to ask for extra celery and carrots, and don't forget the hot sauce! It adds some extra flavor all up in your grill. Nothing was spicy enough for me, but next time, I'll go higher on the spice scale. Service was fine, a little busy, but they were still on top of our order. BWW is one of my favorite chains. Prices aren't very low, but the wings and atmosphere are worth it every now and then. read more

Historically, I've never had a very positive experience at other BWW locations. However, I dined in about a week ago and the Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich came out fast and hot, and tasted much better than I expected! Service was great and the restaurant was pretty clean. So I decided to try my luck on a UE delivery tonight, and to my surprise - it was quite good. To be fair, I'm staying in a hotel near the restaurant while visiting Jackson, so it's a short delivery time. The hatch chili burger was hot, juicy, and delicious. The wings were also better than most I've had in a long while. Thumbs up for this location, I'll definitely be coming back to try more. read more

Where do I start. I am a long time faithful Buffalo Wild Wings patron for over 15 years and have been to over 15 different locations. Normally it's easy to figure out if it is a corporate account or a franchise. Corporate accounts are cleaner, better service, and the food is just better. This location is the worst I have been to. Everything was poor including the service. From only seasoning one side of the wings to the filth behind the beer taps to the mustard that was all over the lid when I requested spicy mustard. As much as I love the concept of bww this is just one more reason why the company is not retaining customers. I have always said if you want change vote with your wallet and let them know you will not be back. Good business will notice and make it better. read more

Sat outside and couldn't get any service. 2 separate occasions after waiting about 20 mins two different people went in from our group, one asked for something to clean the tables off and then the other went in and said if we can't atleast order some drinks we would leave. Went there today for lunch. Ordered the large cauliflower wings. Wanted two different sauces on wings. Server said that wasn't possible. Every time I've been there in the past it has been possible. Ordering from their app, it's possible to have two different sauces. Server was inattentive. Did not give us menus, or cutlery, or condiments. After waiting another 5 minutes we placed our order (drinks and food). Drinks arrived fairly quickly, but then...well, it plain SUCKED!! My daughter waited for more water for nearly 10 minutes. Then we waited nearly 30 minutes for our food. We ordered an appetizer, wings and fries. That's it! No excuse for waiting that long, but we were patient. I expected the kitchen was busy due to the crowded restaurant. NOPE! When our food arrived at the table, IT WAS COLD!!! Really??? No doubt it sat some time. Absolutely inexcusable! We stopped a server and asked for the manager. She came to the table and we complained. She offered a half-hearted (no actually that's giving her too much credit) I'm sorry. Her tone was such that I knew people complained often. At this point I verbalized my disgust and told her that EVERYTHING there was horrible, from food to service to management. The manager showed my husband and I to the bar area and told us to pick a table and they would clean it off for us. Plenty of workers standing around doing nothing. I ordered nachos because they aren't too hard to mess up. My husband ordered wings. Mine came out 20 minutes before his. That isn't acceptable. When his wings came, the smelled off. Really off. He ate them anyway. I knew he was going to regret it, and of course he did. Sick the rest of the night. They were out if celery so they put a few small carrots on top of his hot wings and no ranch. We've been frequent customers to this place many times during the pandemic but tonight was filled with several mad serving staff. Said they were short staffed and I get that but to walk by no less than a dozen times without a single acknowledgement is unacceptable. I have worked during this whole pandemic as well so that should not be an excuse for poor behavior. We had to bus our own table because no less than 10 tables were still piled with dirty dishes and the staff just walked by. Several customers were standing or sitting at dirty tables waiting for them to be bussed and served. It is a shame to have a quality product and such a crappy staff. We left and went to another establishment (which will receive a rave review) and were promptly greeted with a smile and taken to a clean table and our order was taken immediately. These things had a light colored breading that didn't appear fully cooked, like I wondered if they were actually cooked or still frozen. Not the least bit crispy like a normal chicken tender. We went there last Friday night about 10pm. Place wasnt busy at all. Got seated as soon as we walked in. We sit at a table for 30 min and never had a server come over. I had to go back to the hostess and ask for a server. Her response was i dont know what's going on with them let me go find you some one else??? Do not waste your hard earned money here. Period. My son was a manager of a Buffalo Wild Wings back in Illinois. We know they can have quality food and service. We received neither last night. A Tuesday night at 7:00 pm. Not busy. Our waitress took our drink and food order. After almost 20 minutes, still no drinks. There were 5 of us with everyone ordering alcohol. We all only ended up ordering 1 drink, because of the slooooow service. We ordered onion rings, then after 10 minutes told us they had a shortage of onion rings that if we wanted them we would have to order the sampler. We did. Some were over cooked and the rest good. Reheated, oh, yes. When we received our wing order of 4 different flavors, the 2 hottest ( reaper and habanero) were touching the 2 most mild. I don't do hot, at all. I could not eat all my wings because they had the hot sauce mixed on them. Back in Illinois they are served in separate paper containers, not all on one tray. The wings were not even warm, and dry meat. How disappointing, when we know the quality can be there. We told the waitress another member of our entourage would be joining us and we put in an food order for her. When she got there, no food was ready and we were told they had it ready for take out. They would have to unpack it and bring it out. Again, the fries weren't even warm. We are excellent cooks and can make this meal better at home, but wanted a treat to go out and relax. We were celebrating a birthday. The homemade cake we brought with, saved the experience. What a shame. Also had to get other employees to find our waitress. Will not be back. This was our first time dining at this location. There was a very long wait for our meal to arrive but they were fairly busy, so we understand the wait. Appetizers were good and the burgers we ordered were great too. The bayou poboy was the most bland sandwich I've ever had. It claimed it was Cajun flavored but I didn't taste any seasoning on it. The shrimps felt slimy inside the breading. They seemed like they weren't fried enough. I brought the sandwich home and seasoned it myself. It was alright but not great. I stopped here to grab some take out. It was a slow night, and they had an abundance of employees doing nothing, but still it took 20 minutes to make a wrap and a snack size wing. When I arrived at my hotel I was so disappointed. the wrap and fries were both cold, and the fries looked like they had been there for awhile. The wings were also cold, and the sauce was just dumped on the top. I mean I opened the box expecting a nice smell and some beautiful wings, and it was the complete opposite. Just left there, and I am not returning. It's Tuesday, at 3:20pm, and there is only 5 customers in the entire dining room and bar... but took six minutes for a server to notice me. He handed me a menu, I said 'It won't take me long to decide,' which meant to him to return nearly 10 minutes later, apparently. Took 15 minutes for my wild wings to be brought out, and I know at every NEW I've been to it takes only a few minutes to make. And perhaps the absolutely WORST thing is, apparently this is the ONLY BEE I've ever visited that did NOT have the Tuesday-Special of wild wings being 50% off. The server claimed there was no way the order can be changed, so I was forced to pay the $21+ for a large order of wings. Apparently, at this location they removed that deal months ago. I'm a truck driver, and stop at a different BWW location every two weeks, and this is the only BWW location to not have the 50%OffWings/Tuesday deal. This not the first time I have come to this BWW. Although my wing order was not the issue, they did taste good. BUT this place is dirty. There was food and napkins littering the floor and dirty tables abound in this BWW. No one seems to be managing and overseeing the operation. When we walked in there was no host to greet and seat us. Any time I come to BWW in Jackson, the facility is NEVER clean. Bathroom is quite unsanitary; mirrors are filthy, toilet paper all over the ground and trash is always over flowing. I understand that during rushes that it is hard to do immediate clean ups of tables, but I've never come during those times... there is always at least 5-6 tables that are empty but still have the previous guest's trash and meal trays still on the table. I lost count of all the straw wrappers I tend to count when I come as well. Service is okayish outside the bar area, but I can say that the bartenders are very friendly and will take care of you, so my advice is to always sit bar side. Overall I believe the employees are nice, but keeping an institution clean and sanitary that serves food and beverage is just as important as customer service; especially during this so-called pandemic. I wish I would've taken pictures of the restaurant the other night while I was there just to show how unclean everything was, but maybe by this review, y'all get the point.
