if you go in for basic nails they can do that for you, if you ask for a design they most likely will not be able to provide that for you. the place needs some major cleaning up to do, first entering you have to force your way in through the door as it doesn't open correctly and it is very dusty on the walls and lots of spider webs. if you want to get your nails done make sure it's either early in the morning or on a weekday when it's not busy, you can show up before other people and they will attend them first which is very unprofessional of them. it's a hit or miss here really but the workers are nice read more

i came in asking for 2 acrylic sets prices and told me to sit down and some one was going to tell me and do my nails had my family and i sit waiting over 45+min and when i was about to leave they kept on insisting to stay that someone was going to do my nails, while they had other 8 customers being attended and one of the nail tech doing a pedicure had to stop doing her job to do someone else's nails. so they had the people that were already there wait a lot more just because they didn't want the new people arriving to leave and they were short in staff! the lady did my nails really bad application barely any acrylic on some of my nails i told her if she could put more but she said she was going to fix it with what she was going to do right there but made it even worse didn't even ask what type of color acrylic i wanted she just put it right on. the french tips are really different some are thicker than they have to be and the bottom of my nails just look weird. also she gave me the wrong flower design. And when i was paying i told the lady i wasn't going to pay full 90$ and at least make it 10$ off but she switch it to me adding 10$ tip and i said no because of the wait and the bad work and she started to get mad saying that in other places they're going to make me wait longer and not give me a cheaper price and she gave me the receipt aggressively . over all the place was beat up and everything looked old and dirty. read more

Linda is the best! I come here to get my eyebrows and nails done and she always does a great job.

If I could give this shit -0 stars I would . I went in about an hour and a half before my nail appointment very AWARE that a soak off takes about an hour . I was in no rush and was one of TWO customers in the dirty ass shop . This woman takes it upon her self to half way through my soak off come and disturb me and tear my nails off TEARING my actual nails causing bleeding . Then another woman proceeds to try to fix it with NAIL glue completely and utterly disgusting. I had to cancel my much needed nail appointment because of someone rushing my soak off . The woman who originally was doing it says " soak off takes long" so you damage my nails instead ?? WHATS the rush ??? No one I mean no one was waiting in line and even if they were I'm literally just sitting there soaking . I didn't pay the full price and and I will never go back ever . read more

I couldn't believe how horrible my nails look! Bulky and uneven! Just all around bad experience and work !! He did a very poor job, not to mention it took around 2 hours just to do a full set and all the frequent breaks he took! 17$ pedicure cool. Got seated right away. Cool. Then I I was told I had to only a "little" bit for a full set. Only two tech were actively working and one was in and out of her chair. There was 3 girls waiting and the seating area with their nails halfway done!!! They would literally glue nails on one girl make her move and then glue the next girls. It's a junkie hole in wall type of establishment.. it's kinda dirty and just not kept up to date. I personally only come here for the pedicures because I think they do a great job with pedicure and also because it's literally like 5 minutes away from my home. I haven't got anything else done besides wax every now and then but she doesn't do a great job with that. I just get like above the lip done and only in the middle part of my eyebrows. What I highly dislike is how they sit you down for a pedicure but won't actually start for like a good 30 minutes. I mean not all the time but I would appreciate just as an FYI you may sit down in your chair but we won't get started until "x" time. read more

Not happy with the service I received. Come in at 6:00pm and it's is now 8:14pm just for a full set. An older lady started my nails than I was passed along to some guy. He kept taking smoking breaks, which made me gag every time he came back. The smell was horrible. I had to ask him to clean what ever was on his table from previous client. I asked him that I wanted my nails square oval but kept doing straight square only. The white tips were placed wrong and they refused to fix it. He said don't worry you will like it. I don't care how the place looks as long as they have good service and do what you ask. I rather go to another place and pay more. I will not go back. Normally I have a hard time smelling things when everyone else is able to smell something so for me to be able to smell this to the point where I almost threw up it had to be real bad. read more

And like I told him he is down the way to from where I live so it is super convenient for me. He is worth the wait ,but you're better off calling to make an appointment with him. I've searched high and low for a great nail shop in Stockton; unfortunately I've yet to find it. Jonell's nail shop is my go to shop until I find that perfect place. They offer free Wi-Fi, friendly service, and really (really) cheap prices. The shop is pretty small and not too clean but I guess you get what you pay for. There are usually 3 people working at one time; a young lady (doing pedicures), a man and a lady doing nails. I was referred to this place by a co-workers aunt so I've only allowed the lady to do my nails. She is very talented and can draw or design anything you ask her to. Due to the fact that she is the only person who does the eyebrow/lash service, you have to wait sometimes for her to do clients eyebrows before she finishes your nails, but you won't be disappointed (especially with the price). They only do walk-ins so there is no need to make an appointment, but when they're busy you have to wait your turn. read more

Disappointed. Paid $60 for a mani and pedi and they didn't even massage my legs and feet. Hardly any scrubbing. On the mani, I had to ask her to clean my cuticles because she was going to start painting and she didn't even do a good job. No arm and hand massage like I usually get. It felt rushed.
