The first time it was a pleasant experience, the second time I found it strange the staff pointed a finger at me before laughing about something, and the third time it was okay at best. This most recent visit, the lady servicing my mom had a little attitude and the gentleman servicing me did not check with me if I liked my french tips or not (when they all checked and asked last time) before curing them. As you can see, he was most definitely playing in my toes. I did not want anymore trouble today, so I did not really bother to ask for it to be corrected. Although, I did ask my technician if it was too late for him to correct it, to which he said "It's already dry". I was already overstimulated with the place being packed like sardines on a Thursday morning and just wanted to leave. I am especially disappointed since they have done better in the past. I really do not know what the issue could be since I have always been polite, said please and thank you, tipped more than 15% every time (except for this last time), etc. I hope they can do better.

The lady doing my daughter's didnt have her glasses borrowed another lady's. She got her glasses half way thru. A guy brought them in. My daughter texted me her toe was bleeding. I inquire. The lady claimed it was an ingrown. My daughter was confused. Once she got her glasses and noticed she rushed the pedicure and the workers were talking back and forth. The offer to redo the pedicure cause they were busy. If busy is half the shop empty. They do not have enough workers. No one should ever do someone service with our proper full vision.
