Horrible!! Horrid experience with these lawyers. Stay away, batting 0 out of two in my case. FAILED on my VA claim and totally screwed up my personal injury lawsuit. They are little fish among a pool of sharks. They have NO CAPITAL to back up your lawsuit. They don't have money to take your case to TRIAL. They turned a $900,000 potential injury lawsuit into a low five figure settlement. In other words they couldn't match these high powered law firm, my lawsuit was about to be vacated/dismissed if I didn't settle.... I have caught Dan on numerous lies and broken promises, he also likes to take numerous two week vacations a year, rather than working LAW. One of my most horrific San Francisco experience. I worked with Dan for a over the year for noise complain and the nuisance from the neighbor(who lives JUST RIGHT NEXT TO MY HOUSE! ouch!!), and before him, I had a couple of the choices of the lawyers, but I decided to work with Dan when we meet together at his office in Downtown. Firstable, He didn't recommend to hire himself for the problem! he said that to me. Because the fee isn't very cheap and I(me) might lose the money unless I win the case. Secondable, he recommended me to write the special letter to the neighbor for FREE! or did recommend me to file the case with small claim, so I don't need the lawyer he said. But I Had decided to work with Dan at the day we met together. Since then, it took almost a year to completely win for the case. Dan was very very nice, gentle, and encourage me all the time until we won the case, even after the case, he always answer my question if I have one. Of course NO CHARGE AT ALL! Then, I also worked Dan's partner, Alex for the restraining order which was filed my neighbor(ex defendant). The neighbor filed fake order against me, and then I respond with Alex. Alex was clear, direct, and and incredibly helpful in my initial telephone consultation with him. He provided clarity to my situation, my options, and when and how he can help. Background: I was already in litigation with a neighbor regarding a neighbor law dispute and already had a agreement hammered out with a mediator's help. However, my current counsel failed in his fiduciary duties as he did not negotiate on my behalf, and I signed the agreement under duress. The neighbor was threatening to file a motion of noncompliance of the agreement against me, under premises which I dispute. I have to ask something in reference to this company's idea of professionalism... Attorney Cebrian was helping me with my situation. The last time I talked to him I still had my job barely and was getting ready to meet with my company to see if I would have my job or not. He told me that if they want to ask anymore questions and so on, that I should tell my employer that I have sought the advice of an attorney and that I need to talk with him before answering any more questions and to see if he could be apart of the meeting. So I do just as he said and ask if Attorney Cebrian can join the meeting, well my company shot down that idea. So I call Attorney Cebrian to see what would be the best course of action to take at this point, well for the first time he didn't answer and I got the voice mail, so I left a message... that was well over a 2 weeks ago. Then I sent that email to Attorney Cebrian with the updated issue. That was 9 days ago and I still have herd nothing back from this guy! So he tells me to tell my employer that I basically have an attorney and then like some unprofessional child runs away from the situation and doesn't even have the decency to say anything to me? Now if its a matter of payment then im totally ok with paying for the random advice, I understand that you guys have to make money at some point. But how hard is it to just say that or to just say, sorry I can no longer look at your case due to whatever reasons? I was also told by Attorney Cebrian and other attorneys that my case would have more to go off of if I was fired...
