I'll find out my truck is there for a smog Cert, I know of a couple small issues so I will see and report. The truck may need a thermostat (athough not running hot, CODE P0125) and may need a sppark plug or coil on cylinder number 1 CODE P0301. These may be needed before Smog Cert so I will see and report on the out come. I do truct Brad 9or it would not be there. read more

Would have been fine but very inconsider to make you wait 2 hours for an oil change. There's no way it should take that long when you have an appointment. Won't return for that reason. Now to make matters worse they replaced the oil filter without even talking to me about it when I was right there. Turned my oil change into $118 charge. Ridiculous. Dealer doesn't charge that much. read more

First, you will be greeted by Margaret. She is friendly , and gets you the information you need as quickly as possible. I was there to smog a 30 foot motorhome. It was done as i waited in their office, and it was completed in a timely manner. They drove it out to the street for me, so i could easily take over from there. I tried over and over again to give this place a second third fourth chance because the original owner was a family friend, but not anymore, especially with the ownership change. Not one time have I had something done correctly in way of repair. Throttle body service- a hose wasnt put back on correctly. Motor Mounts-wasnt put on correctly my engine was jerking after. Struts (1000 $ service)- car clunked when I turned or went down a step. Had to return ALL to get refixed. Only thing that ever was done correct were oil changes and brakes (cant afford to cheat that one?). But the last straw was recent oil change, I was informed that I needed a new serpentine belt because it was cracking, but said would last until next oil change, gave the ok, then on day of repair I was informed that the bolt on the belt tensioner bolt cracked and broke during service. An additonal 350$ repair, a quote by them. It was blamed on car age (2009 Camry) and the fact I lived on a dirt road... oh not to mention another call blamed my lack of maintenance.. the list getting longer. I take it to Toyota, however, and was informed by their mechanics that the bolt is meant for life and would not just break without extreme circumstances. The repair cost 550$ becuse they also did something to try and "patch" it and I had to purchase a whole new assembly. The inspecting mechanic just said "wow." Jones would not give me a refund for the belt service where this happened. Last straw. Dont trust the work will be done complete and safely. Better off paying a bit more at dealership. If i could give negative stars I would. read more
