My Father recently passed away and she is fixing up the house to sell. Frank showed up, gave her a quote and asked for over $1000 up front to buy the windows. She has repeatedly tried to contact him after a month of being ignored. He finally promised to show up this morning to complete the job and again did not show up. Do not do business with PGI.

John's Glass had done some work for us in the past, so we called them. Julio came out, took measurement , gave us a price, and left. The next thing I know, he shows up with an exact match window and installs it, which was well covered by insurance. We had our house built five years ago. The sliding door never worked right. So, I asked Julio to look at it. He said he didn't know what was wrong with it, but he could come, tear it apart and try to fix it. Minimum charge was $150. Well, $150 was a lot cheaper than a new door. So, we had him come back. Within 15 minutes, he located and fixed the problem, and he gave us a few cleaning hints. The first time we used the door, we almost threw it out the other side of the wall. OMG! A door that actually works. The cheapest $150 we ever spent! Julio is on speed dial. I called throughout October and left various voicemails for the company, yet they never returned my call. Our contractor knows the owner personally, and was able to get ahold of him in person. Apparently the owner NEVER ordered our window or shower door. Finally, one month later, on October 23, my credit card was charged over $600 for the "down payment" of the glass. The company then took their very sweet time, never giving me an update, and finally installed the shower door today, November 12. The door is cheap-looking, and definitely doesn't fit the price. The owner's daughter called me today to collect the other half of the payment. I had missed her call, and so called her back. Surprise, surprise! She actually answered the phone, for once! Why? Because she collected a payment. I will NEVER use this unreliable and overpriced company again. Just because they are located in Blythe, does not give them the right to provide bad service.
