She has repeatedly tried to contact him after a month of being ignored. He finally promised to show up this morning to complete the job and again did not show up. Do not do business with PGI.

The company then took their very sweet time, never giving me an update, and finally installed the shower door today, November 12. The door is cheap-looking, and definitely doesn't fit the price. The owner's daughter called me today to collect the other half of the payment. I had missed her call, and so called her back. Surprise, surprise! She actually answered the phone, for once! Why?
